I've had the pleasure of working for Innofit for over four years; first as a part-time student, then full time as a manager, with benefits, salary, and a consistent schedule. I love working with residents and site management, and I love being able to offer programs and services that engage people. They do something really special within the industry, and it's great to work for a company that values quality of service.
I am writing this review on behalf of a friend. This company has a history of high turnover rate. My friend saw and go 5+ Employees in their 5 months of employment. Extremely unprofessional work setting. The management is awful, cheap and no care in the world for their clients or staff. The owner uses his management team to not only threaten staff to do favours like stay longer because no one wants to help this awful company on their days off but also is extremely shady and will keep record of any mistakes to later use to further threaten to get what he wants done.
YOUNG PEOPLE APPLYING BEWARE. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT BEWARE. You will be disappointed. The company should just shut down for its awful service all around.
Consider my rating a ZERO instead of a 1.
This company is sleazy, underhanded, cheap, unorganized and dishonest.
So many examples I could give but 3 would be that several times I would show up to teach a class and was not informed that the pool was closed.
Oh and 2 because it's important info: For anyone considering teaching fitness classes for them. They say "Class pays "$40/hr" and the duration is 45 min. You will NOT be paid $40 for your time.
DON'T answer any ads for 1st aid Instructor Wanted either. I bent over BACKWARDS for them to accommodate on very short notice and nothing I did was good enough.
They seem to have gone through a few 1st aid companies and Instructors.
Innofit is an experienced and professional company that offers opportunities to many, many people seeking employment, and sincerely cares about it's current employees!

awful service. the gym i go to is managed by this company. if they call it managing. The walls are falling apart because of flooding and the gym smells like garbage every single day.
Worst place to work. If anybody wants to work, they have to buy chemicals from their own money. They will not pay you for anything. You will have missing hours and end up working for free. Great place to work if you want to chase your money.
I have been working for Innofit Inc for the past year and a bit and have greatly enjoyed my experience. It's been tough, it's been fun and most important of all, it has been a great learning experience. I have had the opportunity to work at many different Innofit sites, learn more skills than I thought I ever would, and have had a lot of fun doing it along the way. The days that are 'bad' are not even that bad, and there is always someone there to lend you a hand if you need it. My colleagues that I am lucky enough to consider friends, are some of the most amazing and considerate people I have ever met in my life.
I have been with Innofit for 5 years. During this time, I have acquired numerous skills sets which would not have been possible working for a big corporation. The pay is great but the experience is invaluable. The company definitely notices initiative as I have moved laterally as well as vertically within the company starting as an Amenity Coordinator, I am now the Operations Manager.
If you are looking for a company to grow with that is loyal to it's employees, I highly recommend working for Innofit Inc.!
