I've never dealt with such an arrogant bunch of managers. When I have an issue the way our property manager respond is by not responding. They don't inform us of anything! I learned that they were holding a meeting to discuss our condo fee increase, even though at the board meeting they had stated that there would be no increase for several years - the only way I found out that they are actually discussing it is because I talked to their accounts receivable, who was the only one that seemed to want to help.
I recently emailed our property manager about why my fee was not withdrawn, copied his superior about this, and none replied after waiting several days. Maybe they think they're too good to care for our community and don't care for our business. I need to advise our board and fellow residents that maybe we should start 'shopping' for a management company that actually wants our business. It's good that we aren't on a long term contract with MRCM.
UPDATE: Well, the property manager has been changed. Let's see how it goes this time, and if my issue will receive a timely and proactive response.
Another thing. After reading all of these reviews and responses, I see that instead of treating each review as an individual issue to be responded to according to the individual concern, the critical reviews receive more or less the same generic, copy & paste response.
As for contacting customer service about the issue, I'm sure there were already numerous correspondence for each of these cases.
2ND UPDATE: Ok, so I called about issues with the trough between mine & the next door neighbours' roof - when it leaks down in the winter the ice forms on our driveway. Spoke with the rep and she assured me that the new property manager will definitely get back to me - that was months ago & I have yet to hear from anyone! I shall be sure to join the board coming annual meeting and have the condo mgmt company switch out to a more reliable company. They have earned enough from us for doing nothing besides getting our payments done to current services... no customer service no business.
