We have just moved in to 21 Nelson Street (Boutique) by end of July, 2019. We felt warm and welcomed by our first step into the building. All the concierge team are extremely friendly and helpful. In addition, both Katherine, the property manager & Frankie, the concierge manager are very considerate and reply to our request very promptly. Their service is SUPER and really made us feel like a family. In fact, I do have another experience with other Condo at Toronto downtown or midtown, their services are never as good as MRCM.
MRCM team, I am proud of you and really appreciate for all the support and assistant that you have given us. Good job.

MRCM at 18 Kenaston Gdns. has the poorest service, they don't have security cameras throughout the building, the concierge does not have the wherewithal to keep his eyes on all the cameras simultaneously, they don't patrol the premises regularally. I am not impressed with their security company, separate and apart from Paragon Security, MRCM does not employ the manpower necessary to make their premises safe and secure.

I've have had a broken front door since moving int...

I've have had a broken front door since moving into my townhouse in November 2017, and on December 20th sent a request to the property manager to have it repaired or replaced. It is now February 7th. I have left multiple voicemails and sent multiple emails to the property manager asking for a status update. I've received no response and no resolution to the broken door. Our condo fees are 50% higher than my previous. UPDATE. 03/06/18. Still nothing.

Maple Ridge is a professionally run and responsive management company. I would recommend them for all your condominiums management needs, whether a 15 unit townhouse complex or a 50 story highrise they have a management team to fit your individual needs.

I came here to post about my interaction with Holly Lee, Assistant Property Manager at TSCC1496- 1&3 Rehan Dr in Toronto.

I found Mrs. Lee to be very helpful, and professional. Although she didn t use my highrise window cleaning services, she followed up with me to let me know the board had gone in a different direction.

Taking the extra time to do contact me gives me the impression that she is very organized and professional.

This makes me want to work with her in the future, and makes me think she is a valuable employee that I would hire myself.

I just want to thank Tania Blake Property Manager for Maple Ridge Community Management shes a very fair and honest manager who always works hard to get her clients and buildings the best contractors for her sites.

I have worked with Tania at multiple locations shes managed she has to be the best manager to deal with shes very responsible and her sense of urgency is top notch. I have always had an easy and great experience working with her and would recommend her for any sits that MRCM may manage she is a 5 star manager who's honest trustworthy and very reliable and such a nice person and very easy to deal with and talk to

I am writing this review on behalf of Rachel Amaral. She is professional and goes above and beyond to make sure the residents here are notified of all ongoings, and also happy. She always replies to her emails in a very timely manner and has a very open door policy and tried to understand when we have complaints. She is an asset to have.

Their rating doesn't worth any star! Don't even think of this company! They suck! The property manager that our condo has Joe Cheung is the worst property manager that you can ever image, arrogant and no sense of responsibility. Pretty much the same kind of attitude going up the ladder in Maple Ridge, I have tried to talk to Joe s manager and even the owner of the company but no one interested to return my call. Stay away from Maple Ridge please.

Our new property manager, Veronica, has been quick to onboard and address our numerous issues. She is knowledgeable, quick to respond (even on weekends) and is working hard to establish herself as a true partner in our community. If she doesn t have an immediate answer or solution, she doesn t hesitate to tap into the MRCM resources to seek out best practices. We ve only actually met once, but she s off to a very impressive start!

Despite giving two months notice that I sold my unit and them having to have set up the new owners, they still took condo fees from my account after I no longer owned the unit. After countless emails and phone calls it took me going to the bank to have them blocked and get the payment that was taken returned. Oh, and if you want to reach someone about an issue when you do live in the building good luck. Once I was told to notify security (which my building didn't have and they should know that) and another time I was told to call the police when I had a noise issue because they couldn't be bothered to notify another resident to be quite.

Probably the worst management company I have had to deal with ,... they seem to manage nothing , our elevators are in a constant state of repair , our parking is a daily problem ,... questions are answered with a "hummm" or "ya , I'm not sure..." , no results , no service

I inquired about residency at 3650 kingston rd. Spoke with Christina... the building manager with MRCM at this location. All I need to say is WOW. The professionalism! I can't say as I've dealt with a more pleasant and knowledgeable building manager.
I've spoke with a few over the years but this girl is like an undercover civil engineer. Highly knowledgeable, supportive and charming.
I appreciate the experience MRCM. I feel like Christina will be in the highest echelons of your hierarchy someday. Give this girl a raise .

I've been working for MRCM for over 10 years.

I've found that MRCM has always been a great company to work for.
Invoicing has never been an issue, senior management is always readily available should it be required. The managers that i have worked with are all friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We have so much respect for this company as they give so much back to the community through various charities organizations and while doing so they build up a family like atmosphere amongst their manager. I see this as I'm contractor and have the opportunity to meet so many RCM managers.
One in particular is Mrs Tania Blake, Ive personally worked with her for over 13 years
She is professional, efficient and very knowledgeable. Tania always goes above and beyond to ensure that we, as contractors, are treated fairly and paid on time.
I hope to continue to do business with MRCM throughout their growth.

I am a director and the president of the condo corporation in Milton. We had a poor experience working with the MRCM management. In my opinion, property manager had less knowledge of the condominium act/bye-laws. After my experience, I do not recommend MRCM as a property management company.

I have been on our Board since the inception of our association. I have seen management companies and property managers come and go.

In all honesty, I can say that Trishna Asher was proven herself time and time again that she is the perfect fit for our community and she is indeed a credit to MRCM.

It is a pleasure to work with her. She clearly demonstrates that she is dedicated to our cause with her resourceful, thoroughness and diplomacy when dealing with difficult situations. She works diligently with the Board to continuously improve our community environment in every way.

Over the past ten years in dealing with property managers, mistrust at times was a major problem due to various actions and situations. I would say that trust has been restored under Trishna. Her trust and commitment is not easy to find today and we are indeed lucky to have her in the position as our property manager.

We look forward to working with Trishna for years to come.

I would like to commend all the hard work and dedication of Vijitha, the property manager, for our building.

Vijitha goes above and beyond to assist me and others (whom I have occasionally overheard when waiting my turn at the management office). You can tell she has our interests at heart including listening to our numerous issues especially looking at ways in which to improve our building at various levels and costs.

When Vijitha became our property manager while I have been living here, she has been instrumental this past year for:

- allaying my fears about the current issue of Kitec in our building and what has been done and is currently doing on this project;
- providing me with concrete referrals so I may call directly to any contractors be it, electrical, plumbing or unit related issues;
- relying on her knowledge of condominium buildings in general and specifically, our area; and
- and most of all, immediate response to any and all of my emails or queries.

I am very glad that we have Vijitha as our property manager and do not doubt her sincerity and diligence in her work ethic for our building. We are very lucky to have her managing our condominium and performing beyond my expectations.

I really want to Thank our property manager,Ponzie, she is Courteous and always responsive to my requests in a very short time , and i a professional way. i also appreciate her understanding my language barrier and try to explain to e every detail with patience, she is really amazing and wonderful person,, i had a lot of stories to say about my experience with her , lastly the new windows istalled in my kitchen and how my life changed a lot as now i feel safe at home and also the temperature is distributed equally all over the town house,

Very Professional company and property managers. We have been fortunate to work alongside the same property manager (Michaela Lefresne) at the same site for the last 4 years. Communication is the key and Michaela has always maintained an open communication policy with our team both with the front line staff and the team in the office. It's a pleasure working with both Michaela and the MRCM team, we highly recommend their services.

My husband and I have lived at Nautilus since 201...

My husband and I have lived at Nautilus since 2012 and the board of directors and property manager Dan have been incredible.
Dan ensures that issues are dealt with immediately, the condo is kept immaculate inside and in the summer the landscaping was just breath taking. Dan has been constantly looking for cost effective measures such as heating, lighting, etc. along with the board. This helps keep the maintenance fees down for us the owners. The front desk staff are great to deal with along with the custodial staff and maintenance staff. Great place to live.

I never got to see the property manger during regu...

I never got to see the property manger during regular working hours, the only way to communicate with him is through emails and voicemails.
I rent one parking with them and they didn't give a precise description of where through all the emails. I ended up parking at wrong one and got two tickets for two nights.
Right now I felt very helpless, upset and disappointed at 12:54am. The security works at night doesn't deal with management. He said my rental parking is one of those visitor parkings. But I paid for my parking, shouldn't I get a reserved one?

I've never dealt with such an arrogant bunch of ma...

I've never dealt with such an arrogant bunch of managers. When I have an issue the way our property manager respond is by not responding. They don't inform us of anything! I learned that they were holding a meeting to discuss our condo fee increase, even though at the board meeting they had stated that there would be no increase for several years - the only way I found out that they are actually discussing it is because I talked to their accounts receivable, who was the only one that seemed to want to help.

I recently emailed our property manager about why my fee was not withdrawn, copied his superior about this, and none replied after waiting several days. Maybe they think they're too good to care for our community and don't care for our business. I need to advise our board and fellow residents that maybe we should start 'shopping' for a management company that actually wants our business. It's good that we aren't on a long term contract with MRCM.

UPDATE: Well, the property manager has been changed. Let's see how it goes this time, and if my issue will receive a timely and proactive response.
Another thing. After reading all of these reviews and responses, I see that instead of treating each review as an individual issue to be responded to according to the individual concern, the critical reviews receive more or less the same generic, copy & paste response.
As for contacting customer service about the issue, I'm sure there were already numerous correspondence for each of these cases.

2ND UPDATE: Ok, so I called about issues with the trough between mine & the next door neighbours' roof - when it leaks down in the winter the ice forms on our driveway. Spoke with the rep and she assured me that the new property manager will definitely get back to me - that was months ago & I have yet to hear from anyone! I shall be sure to join the board coming annual meeting and have the condo mgmt company switch out to a more reliable company. They have earned enough from us for doing nothing besides getting our payments done to current services... no customer service no business.

Our Condo Corp switched to MRCM from another Property manager mid-2019 and we couldn't be more happy with the level of service they have provided. Farisha M. our property manager has been great to work with. She is proactive in helping identify concerns, reaching out to the builder to address outstanding warranty issues. She goes the extra mile in helping residents and making sure our community is clean and safe for all.

Terrible management company.

Terrible management company.
I ve had a leak in my unit that out property manager was dealing with. He then left the company or was fired and never passed on the issue to the company. When I spoke to the company after he left (wich I didn t find out until his email stopped working), they had no idea what was going on. I then called them again about the issue and was told they would follow up... which they didn t. It s been 8 months that I ve had this issue and it brings down the value of my unit. The company also tried blaming the issue on the unit above me, making them fix all different parts of their bathroom- none of wich resulted in an overall fix of the leak.
They don t follow through on things or listen to the occupants of the building. The unit above me and I told them numerous times that it must be due to some other internal building issue but they have yet to do anything about it.

MRCM's customer service is shameful. In requesting a contactless form of payment for a status certificate during COVID, I have been asked to pay an additional $30 in "admin fees" . Despite me requesting several times for a breakdown of the $30 fee and/or that they waive the fee given the circumstances, including that leaving the home is grossly frowned upon, the VP , Luanne Crilly, refuses to make any concessions. She has been condescending and passive aggressive, and refuses to call me directly to further discuss the issue (because, ironically, she is working remotely). Shameful. This property company needs to step OUT OF THE DARK AGES and accept other forms of contactless payment (i.e. e-transfer or credit card without absurd fees).

UPDATE: I emailed the president about the issue, and he basically told me that I had to pay the fees and that no one would further respond to my emails (note: I had asked them to call me to discuss the issue so we could avoid the ping-ponging of emails, but no one called me either).

Have the worst customer service. Been dragging them to fix my front patio for almost two years.... Haven't seen any developments. It's really frustrating to see such a management that takes $500+ every month and not do anything. Really pissed and frustrated :(

We have a condo unit which was found water leakage...

We have a condo unit which was found water leakage problem. The water leakage problem causes our codon unit an unsafe and deteriorating condition to live in.

The issue was reported to the Property Manager on Aug 28,2018. Up to now,

1. No clear follow-ups has been received.
2. No updates to justify the delay.
3. No repairs have been completed.

Despite we wrote emails to the corporation a few times to urge them to take actions and don't ignore the problem, they always fail to response and to deal with the issue on a timely basis.

I am collecting evidences and exchanged emails, and consider to expose the corporation to the Condominium Authority Tribunal for improper conduct to some point.

I have had nothing but nightmares with this manage...

I have had nothing but nightmares with this management company. Way too many issues to list all of them but here are some:

Contacted customer service 4 times over a 4 month period asking for my yearly hydro reimbursement they should of sent me. 3 of the 4 times they said they would get back to me and never did. Finally the customer service manager said the cheque is in the queue where it must be for the last month because it still hasn t been mailed. No leadership at all in this company as the customer service manager never even apologized for me waiting 4 months and no one getting back to me. What tells the full story about the company is after 4 months of waiting for the issue to be resolved I emailed the CEO 2 times and he never even bothered to respond. What kind of leadership is that?

They cut the tree down in front of my house without even saying anything. No communication at all.

I have been waiting 4 weeks for a response on when my windows will be replaced. Their first email said they would get back to me shortly. After waiting over a week I figured shorty had passed. I sent 2 more emails to follow up with no response. I am still waiting.

Customer service takes 2 to 10 business days to respond to emails (if they even do). I would be fired in my line of business if I did that.

While my wife was very ill a couple of years back I didn t write a cheque for a few months of the maintenance fees as I was distracted caring for my wife. Although it was my fault for not sending the cheques, you made the situation way worse when you put a lien on my house without sending any type of notice. Your staff claimed she mailed a notice but noting was recieved in the mail. A lien notice should of been sent by registered mail requiring a signature on delivery. The property manager could of dropped off the notice considering he claimed to visit our units once per week. You could of made a simple phone call or sent an email to follow up but you never did. Judging by your horrible customer service you give I m pretty sure the Lien notice warning was never mailed as your staff claimed. It cost me sound $600 to remove the lien which again was my fault but could of been prevented by a simple letter, phone call or email to follow up.

It s one thing to say in your google reviews responses or on your website that you re committed to providing consistent customer service but it is another thing to auctually provide it.

I could mention numerous other situations but I think by now you the point or do you?

I live in Noa condo for 4 year. We occur 4-5 times...

I live in Noa condo for 4 year. We occur 4-5 times false fire alam during the midnight in EVERY MONTH. Sometime would happen 2-3 times in the same day. We keep complaining every time, the issue still happen.
Don't mention the costs of the fire trucks from fire department. We just want to live a liveable environment.
The maintenance fee is increasing, but live quality is decreasing.

For investors, please avoid to buy the properties such managed by Maple Ridge Community.

Tania is our property manager for our condo community. As a board member I have been really impressed with Tania's professionalism and attention to detail. She is always readily available for us to ask questions and run things by her. She is always willing to meet with us outside our monthly board meetings when possible and if she cannot in person she is available by phone. This has been so helpful to allow us to get things done in a timely manner. I look forward to working with Tania further.

Hi I live at 2088 ave W. MRCM has recently started to manage our building and I want to say Thank you! We have had unresponsive management for years in the past. I can feel a change already. They even have staff that speaks Portuguese, which is great for my mother who is elderly and on her own. She said she likes going to the office now. I also see our Property Manager outside giving directions to staff and we never had that before. I am happy to welcome our new manager Lisa. She seems to really care about us!! Knowing my mother is happy makes me happy. 100 % recommend.

WORSE property management company EVER - they recently took on my condo and I have had some repair issues that were not my fault and they have not responded to any of my inquiries re: repairs. The security guard advised that the property manager is on sick leave, and that's fine, but then they need someone to step-up and do the job. Absolutely the worse property management company. I can't say that enough, they don't even deserve a 1 star. Should be 0 stars.

THE WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY EVER! They do not deserve even a single star. I live at 7385 Magistrate Terr., Mississauga. Since the last 2 years NO window cleaning. NO eaves trough cleaning. NO snow removal on the sidewalks during the entire winter period. Worst landscaping crew who use damaged equipment, do not bother to clean up the driveways/porch after they are done, damage grass and plants while mowing. AND the Property Manager!!!!! The less said the better...a woman with a huge attitude and zero responsiveness. PLEASE do not sign up these rip offs. There are far better companies out there.

The week of February 26th we dealt with a frustrating situation that appeared to be one that would not be resolved without someone taking the lead from the MRCM team.

Stephen Pointer was the person on that team that took the lead. He jumped in and ensured that the situation was resolved, but went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the results!

We had an awful management company until we switched over to MRCM. Our property manager Tania, is amazing! She respondes quickly to emails and phone calls and takes pride in our building ! We have been with this management company for a year and we have been very happy !

Absolutely horrible customer service not from the customer service department but from upper management. Gautam Day Property manager has no regard for helping anyone in anyway. Even after 3 e-mails and an in person discussion, still nothing done. Tried to contact the District Manager for further help and no reply at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you can avoid buying a property ran by this company do so.

I am always amazed at how accommodating they are, cleAnliness of the building, phone calls returned and work orders completed. The staff is polite and efficient. MRCM has been the management company since I purch...

MRCM has been the management company since I purchased my condo in October of 2016. Not only do they provide a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere in their office but its been my experience that they listen, plan and act on any concerns brought to their attention in a timely fashion. I have witnessed them remain calm and respectful in the face of rude, irritable people communicating disrespectfully towards them. They provided that miserable unhappy person with the same smile and respect they give to me.

Absolutely horrible customer service and the worst...

Absolutely horrible customer service and the worst attitude I have encountered ever.
I have moved out of the condo 15 windermere under MRC Management over 4 months ago, I proactively informed the property manager to stop taking management fees out of my account prior to my closing date June 28
At the end of august my money is still being taken out of the account, despite several emails and voicemails and me asking for this to be escalated. My emails and voicemails are systematically ignored and phonecalls not picked up. I am told a bunch of excuses along the lines of " poor me i am so busy i cant issue a refund" "it wasnt me that took your money go talk to someone else" when I call from a different number and "Darlene" actually picks up the phone and talks to me for 2 minutes, basically sayin " there is nothing we can do, thank you for your patience" before rudely hanging up and not picking up again.
Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Darlene's boss who had the audacity to yell at me for asking for my money back in person because I was tired of being ignored.
She went on to laughed at for asking for some reimbiursement for the 2 month runaround. "There is not such thing as convenience in this business so don't expect us to reimburse you for the inconvenience" said Stacey Kurck
Furthermore she told me to expect to be billed again in the future because despite me reaching out NOTHING was done to correct the issue for OVER A MONTH so I should be prepared to have more money withdrawn and MAYBE i will get a refund at the end of September but given that I had bothered them with my emails she will now postpone the refund even further.
I would recomebd to stay far away from this property manager if you want to be treated with an ounce respect

Just overall bad experience dealing with this company, which cost me money. Bad response times, bad communication, bad customer service, bad resolution process. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Left a message and email with the president after numerous issues from a customer service experience and didn't get a response until about 7 days later.

I used to reside at 12 laurel Crest a year ago I must say that the new management was pretty good. The building is kept in great shape, very clean. I've never really encountered negativity but when ever I did have an issue I always went to Micaela she always put me at ease and delt with the issue she is by far one of the best property managers I have encountered. Thankyou micaela for the wonderful years that you have shown my family and I you are an amazing person.

Michaela is a hard and dedicated worker. She takes her work very serious. She has a very professional manner on and off the phone.

Although my interaction was limited to the Status Certificate Department, and Ms Sadhu specifically, I was extremely impressed (and appreciative) of the "can do" approach to problem solving which she exhibited. Hopefully, she is reflective of MRCM as a whole.
