I've have had a broken front door since moving into my townhouse in November 2017, and on December 20th sent a request to the property manager to have it repaired or replaced. It is now February 7th. I have left multiple voicemails and sent multiple emails to the property manager asking for a status update. I've received no response and no resolution to the broken door. Our condo fees are 50% higher than my previous. UPDATE. 03/06/18. Still nothing.
