Absolutely horrible customer service and the worst...
Absolutely horrible customer service and the worst attitude I have encountered ever.
I have moved out of the condo 15 windermere under MRC Management over 4 months ago, I proactively informed the property manager to stop taking management fees out of my account prior to my closing date June 28
At the end of august my money is still being taken out of the account, despite several emails and voicemails and me asking for this to be escalated. My emails and voicemails are systematically ignored and phonecalls not picked up. I am told a bunch of excuses along the lines of " poor me i am so busy i cant issue a refund" "it wasnt me that took your money go talk to someone else" when I call from a different number and "Darlene" actually picks up the phone and talks to me for 2 minutes, basically sayin " there is nothing we can do, thank you for your patience" before rudely hanging up and not picking up again.
Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Darlene's boss who had the audacity to yell at me for asking for my money back in person because I was tired of being ignored.
She went on to laughed at for asking for some reimbiursement for the 2 month runaround. "There is not such thing as convenience in this business so don't expect us to reimburse you for the inconvenience" said Stacey Kurck
Furthermore she told me to expect to be billed again in the future because despite me reaching out NOTHING was done to correct the issue for OVER A MONTH so I should be prepared to have more money withdrawn and MAYBE i will get a refund at the end of September but given that I had bothered them with my emails she will now postpone the refund even further.
I would recomebd to stay far away from this property manager if you want to be treated with an ounce respect

Thank you for Maple Ridge for your template response below. You CAN BE OF HELP, and administer the refund of MY MONEY from the corporation that you represent since August 1 according to you. Which is what I have been asking for for over a month!
