Truly above and beyond service and accurate description of parts. My account manager David hand tested some parts for me after I expressed frustration on a particular batch having abnormal defect rate. David was also extremely responsive to even the strangest questions and went out of his way to obtain the specs of the solder on the IC chips that injured gadgets sold.

What I like about Injured Gadgets is their close connection to the independent repair community. They are very plugged in to real shop owners using their parts and are quick to notice and correct any systemic parts problems. This is a huge plus in my book.

They take too long to come out with the product. They should have the product put together and ready at the front desk but they dont. This has happened several times.

Fixed my cell poorly. Had to have someone else look at it who told me the previous technician did not properly put the adhesive on. Won't be going back.

After doing repairs for more then 10 years and tired countless suppliers these are defiantly my #1. They stand behind what they sell and will go out of their way to fix anything that wasn't up to par.

They always send defective products. I bought a screen and battery for my iphone and neither of the products worked. I got my money back but wasted a lot of time. They'll try to give you the run around. It took almost two months for them to give me a prepaid label so I could send their trash back to them. Stay away.

I've been using the Incell LCDs from injured gadgets they are the best LCDs I've used so far on my Device and customer devices. The Staff is very helpful when replying to messages and questions. Keep up the Good Work! :)

Beware - these people are fraudsters. Returned a faulty part which we purchased of them and they claim the part isn't there part and refused to replace it. If the part works great - if it doesn't then don't expect them to honor any warranty

Great customer service. They answered right away when I used their chat tool on their website. Screen quality was great, and got more than expected. My screens came with adhesives, and I was sure they wouldn t! Also the shipping was impeccably fast. I ordered my parts on Tuesday and received them Thursday! My friend who s screen I fixed thought the quality was amazing. He said the color reproduction and Touch ID was a LOT better than his old screen. (He previously fixed his at a shop)

Tony earned our business at Gators in Starkville and at all of our locations. We had previously been buying form Amazon and the quality from Amazon was just getting flat out bad! These screens from Injured Gadgets are made with excellent quality parts, great selection and easy ordering. The best two things that I like is the shipping, two day is free over $500 and next day is free over 1k and also that their screens already have the camera holder pre-installed in each screen. It may not seem like much but this saves me time on each repair.

sent some lcd's for buy back from them, in June. I have emailed and called them, ive heard very little back. the little I did they tried saying only 4 screens worked, and they don't pay out in cash or check only in store credit. which they tell u that after u send them in/

Not very impressed at all with Injured Gadgets, and will not recommend using them at all.
For being a 1st time customer to this business, I've ordered a part two weeks ago to fix a and the part wasn't even shipped yet two weeks later! I've finally had to ask them to just cancel the order and go directly through other sources even though it will cost me more at least they will make more of an effort to work with the customers and not make an exuse for another employee on why a part didn't get shipped in time.

From my experience is that any business that's willing to communicate with the customer and go an extra length to earn a customer business, then that's a business you want to always recommend your friends.
When you put an effort than that shows value.

Only downside I had: was trying to ask questions through the chat box, only answered one time.
BUT.... website was super easy to use; pictures and descriptions were simple and clear, YOUTUBE DIY videos broke it down to each and every step.

I bought an iPhone 6 screen from here and replaced it myself with no problems... only to have to go back in a couple weeks later, because the adhesive on the piece I bought wasn't sticking. They took full responsibility and let me change the screen for another, after paying a restocking fee. And they asked me to either purchase a new screen and then return the old, or just replace it there in shop. I asked their technician for some help and he proceeded to drop my new screen onto the hard floor... Luckily the glass didn't shatter, not until after I installed it. Just my luck, I didn't ask for a replacement thinking it was my fault the glass cracked but it did seem very very fragile after being dropped by the technician. Sure enough, a couple weeks later I had the same adhesive problem. My screen is legitimately lifting up off my phone... I called and they said they couldn't do anything for me. So I urge anyone to go ahead and stay away from purchasing screens from here as the adhesive problem is reoccurring.

I have had to pick up gear at this business three times, and 3 times they have kept me waiting outside for more than 10 minutes. Does not seem very organized. It may be a great place, but this has been my experience with them

Being completely honest, this is the BEST screen supplier I have ever shopped with. Everything from the quality of their screen to using their website is just impressive. They also sell different qualities of screens and my clients absolutely love it. By the way the premium screens is nothing but perfection. There is a huge quality difference that even my clients notice it immediately! Now no company is perfect and you will receive a defective screen here and there but I barely receive defective screens even for the cheapest option and I definitely can't say that about other places. I don't have any problems returning defective screen either. They have stellar customer service and always respond very quickly to any issues you have. They also have different shipping options which is really dope and the shipping is extremely fast. Like Prime fast! Another thing is the website is really organized & intelligent. I have ordered iPhone replacement parts from Injured Gadgets before with adequate success. Tried to place an order today, and was sent a "verification" request with a link to a website that did not work. When I brought that issue to their attention, I was asked to send a picture of my credit card and ID. HELL NO! When I refused to do that, they cancelled my order. Poor customer service and combative communication from Injured Gadgets has me finding a new supply for my repair parts.

I have been getting parts from Injured Gadgets for a couple of years, and it's very rare that they don't have what I need. Their new website is amazing . . . . a HUGE upgrade from their old one; and their recent adoption of 'Live Pricing' has been great for us smartphone techs. The staff is, and has always been friendly and helpful, and their LCD buy-back prices are second-to-none; extremely competitive and always up to date.

Over the past 6 months or so, I.G has started stocking more mid-range phone parts, so that has really been a blessing for me since now I don't have to order my parts from some sketchy online retailer, not knowing whether I'm going to get some crappy clone or a refurbished part. Everything Injured Gadgets sells is quality and price fair, and if, for example, you get a defective part, as long as the part doesn't have any damage, they will gladly swap it out for you, assuming you're still within their guarantee window.

I'm giving them 5 stars because my phone has been broke for months and I've tried to order a cheap screen from other places and they did not work. I just got my screen today it shipped in three days and so far the screen works, I was honesty going to go off it didn't. So I would suggest buy from here I got a good price and I can't say you'll have the same experience but so far I'm satisfied.

I came here to pick up on behalf of my husband who usually places orders and since he works past the time this location closes, I pick up for him. Upon entering Jerel s demeanor changed when he stop his important conversation. I told him I am here to pick up and he asked who s name is it under and I replied it should be under my name and I told him my name which he had mispronounced. I corrected him and he still continued to miss pronounce it. It turned out it was under my husband s name (W. Andrade) since he was the one who placed the order and placed it under his name. Not only that, he was being rude not only with his gestures but his tone of voice (sarcasm). And I know for a fact I am not the only one who feels this way about Jerel. I doesn t cost much to smile to customers or have decent customer service. Jerel if you re reading this, next time be nice to the customers for the company you work for. I know I would not have someone up in the front like Jerel if I had a company.

Ordered an XCAP iPhone 6S battery along with a toolkit. My order arrived quickly and the parts/kit were top-notch. Best of all, the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely order from here in the future.

My truck had gotten broken into and among the things that were stolen from me was my tool kit I had had for almost two years and the company who made it had recently rolled out a new model of it and I was too fond of the screw driver but luckily they had the previous model that was the same as the one stolen from me for a decent price I ve since ordered other things and they ve been great so far I even bough a tool with their company name on it so I could rep them with every time I use my tool kit lol keep up the good work guys.

Very upset with the service today. We did not purchase anything from this place and we had a charge from IG for $98.00 so we called in to find out what was the charge for.. instead of apology this lady on the front desk started talking very rudely and giving an explanation that some one with my last name called and placed the order. This people do not realize that they are charging wrong customers card. Be careful with this company and keep an eye on your bank account.

I was sent a broken iPhone 5s screen, had to use it anyway. The screen was not only cosmetically damaged, but found more things wrong with it. Had my RMA requests ignored by the owner of the company. After contacting them, I was told there was nothing they could do because too much time had gone by. Hopefully PayPal helps me sort all this out. Better off using other avenues to get replacement phone parts.

I have yet to have a bad experience with this company. Every time I place an order, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable about their products and quick to answer any questions I have regarding parts/shipping/etc. Katie went out of her way to make sure my parts were shipped out on time, despite the fact that my invoice was stuck in PayPal purgatory. I order a Samsung A5 (510f) 2016 LCD DIGITIZER. When they send the part it was the Samsung A5 (500) 2015. I paid to send it back they changed the part and send the wrong part again.
