Only downside I had: was trying to ask questions through the chat box, only answered one time.
BUT.... website was super easy to use; pictures and descriptions were simple and clear, YOUTUBE DIY videos broke it down to each and every step.
Made the order at 730 thurs night, immediate automated repsponses. USPS tracking number sent early the next morning. package showed up right on time and very well boxed.
put it together ,worked like it should.
