Contacting and getting customer service from this company is impossible.

The furnace, a Trane, installed in the house I bought was installed incorrectly and nearly killed us. The exhaust gases were being pumped straight into the basement of the building!

The required sticker that MUST be affixed to the unit per federal law dating back to the 1980s identifying the installer and date installed was never installed.

Trying to get help identifying the purchaser of the unit is impossible. Which company purchased from Trane unknown because Trane REFUSES to cooperate.

If that is how this company operates then how can they stay in business.

After contacting nearest service dealer according to Trane's site THEY tried to rip me off!!!!

Maybe I should sue the HELL out of Trane corporate!!!
