I just moved into my own place after living with roommates for a long time, and I couldn't be happier so far! Ingenious has been very accommodating and helpful about getting me moved in, set up (including providing a utilities concierge service that I ultimately didn't need to use, but which called to check up on me anyway). In my experience, they have been very professional and thorough. Emma at the office has been especially responsive to my questions, and is walking me through the process of submitting a maintenance request. It takes a lot of stress off me as I get settled in, and I appreciate it a lot.
Anna Palomar was extremely helpful and prompt in all of her responses! I would want her help with any move I have to do. She definitely eased a lot of my possible stress
I have not completed the apartment process with them but so far I have been very satisfied with their services. George has been amazing and constantly keeps in touch. He has been very helpful in answering all of my questions and is making the apartment hunting process less stressful.
