This company is TERRIBLE. They ran a trench digger through a drainage pipe on my property. While I do not fault them for this, they did not leave a sufficient amount of space open for a plumber to get access to fix the broken pipe. When I called them them about the problem, hoping they could come back and open up the ditch more since they have the equipment to do so, they absolved themselves of any responsibility and gave me a run-around. I am now left with a MAJOR project having to get PECO to mark the gas line and find someone to dig through 2' of dirt to get to the pipe. NO ACCOUNTABILITY AT ALL.
Agreeing with other review. No one ever answers the phone! No one showed up for my meter installation appointment and it seems the number and I was given is someone s cell phone which of course has no voicemail.
No one picks up the phone.
You are asked to leave a voicemail to be contacted in 3 hours. No one contacts you.
They want you to stay for 3-5days without heat waiting for a meter.
Either employ more personnel to provide fast services, contract another service to help you during high volume of work or shut this company down.
You have no business dealing with people's lives by providing energy to the community. A family will freeze to death one day.
