Come cliente, ho trovato l'interfaccia utente del software intuitiva e facile da navigare. Tuttavia, ho riscontrato alcuni problemi con la funzionalità, che hanno portato a un'esperienza utente tutt'altro che fluida. Il team di assistenza clienti è stato reattivo e ha cercato di essere d'aiuto, ma la risoluzione complessiva dei problemi è stata lenta. Inoltre, la struttura dei prezzi sembrava un po’ ripida rispetto a opzioni software simili sul mercato. Nonostante questi inconvenienti, ho apprezzato le funzionalità complete del software e la sua capacità di snellire alcuni processi aziendali. Se l’azienda è in grado di affrontare i problemi di funzionalità e offrire un modello di prezzi più competitivo, ha il potenziale per diventare un’opzione più interessante per le aziende che desiderano ottimizzare le proprie operazioni.
