No value for employees

Firstly, I got three mails from Infogain, stating telephonic interview, then other two stating face to face.

I confirmed for telephonic round, Ayushi mailed that no we can't get telephonic interview. Wrong mail. Then, I visited office they checked every stuff, kept pendrive on gate. Almost took 15 minutes to make card for entry. I called Ayushi for interview, then she came after 1 hour 30 minutes, and then took resume again after 20 minutes one girl took interview.

This was not interview it was a cramping, Come-on this can be asked on call to anyone
Clearly states they don't need employee, they need a kid to cramp name of methods.
I need not to travel for this.
It wasted my 6 hours. Such a waste of time.

This is a good company for software development in Java. It take a online test of 25 questions of core and advance Java in first round.

Not too far from mamura chawk. traffic is available but not too much.
They have a good cafeteria for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Its a good organization to work. Work life balance is also good. Although it depends on projects also. Flexible timing available.

Best place to work, people are so much supportive,HR are very polite and helpful.
I got my every access and assets in first day of joining,food is very good.

work environment is good, though you may not get good work

This is what is called a software company... They have everything inside the office... They have everything at a proper place and a proper place for everything... People here are full of knowledge and skills... You can easily locate the place because it's outside of busy roads... You have to got to be lucky to find a parking nearby...

Food is good but management is very rude and no value of employees.no increment and promotions.humon resources people not replying the employee concern

It is a very popular IT Firm in Noida. It's a purely Service Based MNC, though some people mistakenly take it as a Product based company. It's good for freshers/low experience, but not so good for experienced ones. Salary hikes are not good as compared to other companies. Appraisal cycles get delayed by 6 months(twice happened in last 3 years). They give u good hike only in two scenarios : Joining Time or In case you plan to resign and you are an important part of the team.
They usually have a Hire and Fire policy and almost everyone knows about that.
