Infogain, Noida Review

Seems a good company and good infrastructure. However lacks in innovativeness.

Infogain is famous for hiring and firing. It has been it's 'mantra'. It goes blindly for hiring on the basis of what it can get materialized the projects which are in pipeline.If it did not workout it just start firing again blindly. The hiring process is based on the principle, we need 'X' employees. Afterwards it follows the principle we need to fire 'X' employees. No movement are support is provided for the vacancies lying in other vertical or locations. No training on new skills as such environment is created people start looking for job outside. The HR call the employees and ask them to resign else you will be fired.No option so emp has to agree. Very bad environment if you do not know the office politics. They have one International verticals and trust me you can't get worst project and management. They create the fake profile/skills/exp and body shop to different clients maximum high demanding Indian clients(who paid too much) and if you don't survive the fake CV, you are fired.

Its a client based company so if client want to use best technology then company starts looking required people. Few team are good and if ur part of that then it is good for you. Depending on client requirement ur job is secure. They conduct trainings so if you have time to join that then u can. Work life is totally dependents on first team lead n manager n then on you (how u complete ur work).

Infogain impart a lot of training for their employees. Management is approachable at anytime and Work life balance is indeed fabulous. Feels like a second home.

Being an IT company, Infogain needs to develop some more in house tools.

Work

Day starts with checking mails, prepare agenda for the day then leading to meetings.
Preparing the financial reports like Budgeting, Forecasting, Analysis, Resource Management, Sharing the updates, Reviewing projects and sharing the updates with Mgmt.

Worked here for 3 years. 2013 January to December 2015. Good onsite opportunities if you are hard working and capable of taking on challenges. Despicable policy of making junior software engineers work way more than any other senior employee, paying them way less BUT considering the actual work experience as training for 9 months on paper irrespective of how much you accomplish.

Met some great leaders (in US/India) during my tenure with Infogain. Some policies do need revamping so the company does not lose on its talented employees.

The Worst company.... gave an interview today waited for 5 hours for the result
pool 1 selection from first technical round - 120 out of 180
after 5 hours
pool 2 selection first technical round 9 out of 90
No clarification of results, Zero management
When asked for marks? was exclaimed to be misbehaving. 9 hours wasted

I'm currently working here. It's a nice place to work here. Culture is friendly and people are helpful most of the time.

Policy of selection is very bad.. Reference is working here. And thier employees charging money for reference to granted job and that work there

i have been working at infogain for some time now, there is not much work for the developers specially if you are good at it.

transport facility is partly available from the company. but metro station is being built near the office.

I spend around 6 years at infogain. Good place to work only issue with infogain is salary and appraisal. Never got appraisal on time and to the expectation. Food quality is good and its subsidized. Also i love the cricket team of infogain. Really awesome guys in team

A place not difficult to locate. It is marked accurately on map. The neighborhood is typical of noida offices- a lane lined with chaai-parantha-shops. Nearby mall to spend time is shopprix, which is hardly 10 minutes away on taxi, one can spend time over there.

Good place, and a nice company just had a interview there so can't tell the work experience but things looks nice.

Infogain is a good place to work for fresher. It provide good opportunity for fresher.
