Absolute pleasure to deal with. Property management at its finest. I used another management company before who I wasn t happy with. After speak with infinite property it was an easy and stress free decision to make.

Tenants are well looked after and I am fully up to date with the properties at all times before any decisions are made.

From viewing the property, completing the paperwork, to collecting the keys & moving in, this company have been a pleasure to deal with. They made the whole process so simple. Any issues with the property have been dealt with in a timely manner, with updates provided throughout & checks to see the jobs have been completed to a standard we are happy with. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. A mention to Emma & Simon who have both been so polite & efficient from the start! Fantastic company to deal with so far!

When I moved in, the propert was filthy, had a serious water leak, dodgy electrics and torn carpets. It took months for them to fix some of the issues. Others were never fixed. The propert was owned by Simon from Infinate so there was no excuse. Despite all of this, Infinate tried to keep my deposit because I hadn t cleaned the property when I left. The bond protection scheme had to step in and return it to me themselves.

All round great experience from the get go. Had a full day of viewings in Warrington and the property shown by Infinite stood out by a clear mile - clean, very well presented and reasonably priced property as-well as a friendly, helpful and genuine letting agent who was knowledgable as well as gave us space to look round and talk with each-other. Lived in the property for just under a year, only reason for moving was due to leaving Warrington, but really couldn't have loved the flat more. All the appliances/furniture was immaculate, beautifully laid out and easy access to motorways and work. Had no major issues during the time, but whenever I had a question - I knew I'd either get a helpful and quick email response if needed or there was also a really easy to use maintenance system. Moving out was very simple process, any uncertainties or questions I had I was able to clear up through a quick phone call - the agents were again very responsive and friendly throughout. Overall 10/10 experience, would highly recommend to anyone looking for properties in the Warrington area and would be the first place I'd contact if I end up moving back!

I have just finished my years tenancy with infinite property and found them to be very helpful and polite and professional. In particular Emma who I had my dealings with who responded to emails on a regular basis and corrected any issue and offered a lot of advice. Which was very helpful.

Moved into a house on Saturday 17th March. No hot water since moving in during some of the coldest weather of the year. Now Monday 19th March, still no hot water - no information on when it will be fixed, nothing but excuses. Avoid at all costs.

Just an update to say once again no hot water or heating since August 13th, 3 days later and no one has been to repair the fault.

Solid letting agency who are quite prompt to reply to emails and aren't unreasonable or slow about sourcing contractors to carry out work that needs doing for tenants. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience renting through them.

I have dealt with Infinite for over 8 years and can not recommend them enough. Simon and Theresa have gone out of there way to help me and continue to look forward to working with them
