Irresponsible IIT. Doesn't pay winners of their college fest on time. No one responds for any call, message,mail.
Couldn't ask for better place in Hyderabad. Lots of memories.

There is no proper help desk and not well good accommodation for other college students.
Very worstly and boring workshop on ethical hacking... Really thought it will be a hands on workshop and live....but totally wrong....Not at all worthful.... Non content related... Lecturer is not at all expressive....

I came here at September/October 2020, Infrastructure was Good ,Class rooms are excellent (with sound boards),Even water saving/drainage system was amazing , Construction was going on, Finally it's Fabulous

Even though the college is in construction phase, and far from finished, it already looks like an upcoming tech park of sorts. And the profs were damn good. What a place to study in!

Academically unmatched. Progress of Infra according to years too less. Connectivity by public transport is poor. It s not at all like a campus where one can walk around and find something. It should be the best after a decade.
One of the Top Most Engg Tech & Research Institute of India. Massive development is going on. Will see a state of art class in near future as IIT Hyderabad is on its development phase. Highly research oriented and well qualified Faculties with Class Laboratory set up is there. From Secunderabad it's 55 km by road on NH9 Mumbai route. ICRISAT is also on the same route. Till Lingampally MM Train service is there. From lingampally it's 33-35 km . Sangareddy is the nearest town point where you can find rentals. It's better you start before 8 AM. After 10 high traffic.
No proper sign boards.....due to that disturbed an ongoing lecture... Please put proper sign boards so don't have to interrupt anyone.

3 star for the new campus they have made. Its like a desert dust always flies around people were using mask to commute when I visited.
Good campus with all facilities no fear of anything ragging free campus
It's relatively new IIT but the ambience is pretty nice. Infrastructure is under development but the current infrastructure is world class, from hostel to mess to academic buildings. The collage culture is still in nascent phase as it's relatively new IIT but whatever it is, it's awesome. The taste of food is not so good which is pretty common in hostels but the good thing is that the mess is gender neutral and centralised so u can enjoy the food with any of your friends. The hostel culture is pretty open. You can enjoy loads of beverages for free at Shiru Cafe. P.S : Review based on life at IIT Delhi (as undergraduate) and IIT Hyderabad.

Infrastructure at it's heights. The plan layout and the vision of the government will make it the top engineering college in India.
1. As the new campus is still under construction, the facilities provided are good enough to manage. 2. A very good exposure to research field. Contacts with different universities around the world and many government funded projects undertaken by professors. 3. The only problem is I think that the campus is in outskirts of the city and thus very difficult to purchase stuff. The canteen inside the campus is not good and undergraduates are not allowed to have any motor vehicles also. 4. Placements for CS and electrical is good. For other branches it is still in a struggling period. 5. Regarding affordability, college provide scholarship to financially backward students. There are around 3 different scholarship.
IIT Hyderabad is the best IIT among all the newly estabished IIT s. I am very proud to be a part of it.
IT is best place for Career development opportunities to us
Frankly speaking.... Everything is good in this college... But IIT Hyderabad is located in a worst place.... It is located in Kandi, near Patancheru. There are close to 300 industries in Patancheru area, but the industries not following a proper waste disposal mechanism. They release the chemicals and toxic waste directly into air. We literally breathe the contaminated air daily. here I'm attaching one snap that is taken from hostel.
