I have been looking for a shade sail for my backyard and just so happened I had an appointment with the store next to this place. So like a normal person I thought I would stop in and ask about pricing. Well got halfway down the driveway and Someone yelled at me that unless I had an apointment to go away. Well guess my money will go somewhere else.

We have been working with Ultimate Shade as a vendor for over 10 years. They are extremely professional, quick to respond to our questions, pay on time or early, and treat their vendors with respect. We would give them 6 stars if we could. We would not hesitate to recommend them and found their workmanship the best in the industry.

This is a sketchy company to work for, no leadership, no communication, no pay. No jobs ever got completed. We were paid less than agreed upon pay rate. Poor tools and equipment. Stay away!!.

Most unprofessional company I have delt with, I was billed more than agreed, jobs were never completed nor did it pass inspection, lack of skill and workmanship, probly a new company who has a lot to work on..
STAY AWAY!!!!
