But highly connected with CAMPUS...

I saw this place..is very buatiful nature...!! I never forgot that

Don't conduct workshop, worst management. No proper doc. Ameerpet cettificate more valuable. These guys proving Xerox papers. There is no title like IIT HYDERABAD no stamps and signed by HOD.

Very good place for btech students, because of new hostels and awesome academics. This is currently the fastest growing iit and will quickly climb up in ranking.
But unfortunately mtech and PhD students may not like this iit because most of them have to stay in a temporary hostel(sheds)
till their hostels are ready.

Soumya Jana is very bad teacher. he will give partiality to Btech students

One of the best and fastest growing among the new IITs. It has good tie-ups with other institutes in India as well as abroad. In addition to the regular academic courses it has come up with some very good comprehensive short term courses.

India's reputed University, various campuses all over the country. A good name.

Faculty is not good....especially electrical engineering faculty.

Disappointed with the Dean, Staff & Student groups, 10 years in Hyderabad and not a single Plant Sapling, deserted area with no plantations. No one from this institute had ever made a plan to make their campus green. Had the team planted saplings a decade ago, today the institute would be filled with greenish atmosphere.

Staff quarters were good and well maintained but still needs a bit of professional attention

An IIT is always an IIT, studying there is a dream come true !

I attended EMDS 2015 course. It was a great experience. Lot of learning. However this course is not a full time or part time equivalent M.Tech. This course will help working professionals a lot in their career. Professors are very knowledgeable. Nice curriculum for DataScience. Canteen is very good.

The campus is way too small and less developed to be called as an IIT. Far off from the old prestigious IITs.

We went for counseling, it went very smoothly with out any hassles, they provided good quality food for parents and students. They clarified all the doubts raised by parents very patiently. I am sure this IIT Hyd will surely compete with top five IITs in future.

This is a public technical university located in Kandi, sangareddy. The campus is really good with nice atmosphere and ambiance. Especially during winter season. Summer is really difficult as there are no much trees inside the campus. There are only 3 academic blocks which are functional right now. But the buidling works are in progress. There are no much facilities available ,but basic needs could be fulfilled as there are supermarket, clinic, canteen, ice creme stall are functional. Overall it is a nice campus and the work environment here is great. Students stay and food is also good. Inside the hostel rooms the temperature is maintained optimum according to the whether outside, because of the structural specialities of the hostel building.

Presently campus looks empty with few functional buildings. Many departments, residential, and administrative buildings are under construction and lot of developments are happening around....

My friend studies here, A very awesome place to study here, Getting Admitting here is tough but once you are admitted you going to have very bright future.

Academically, IITH is quite good, especially among new IITs. However, the location of IITH is poor: nearby locations (Patancheru/Isnapur etc.) are pharma hub and the companies there release so much toxic waste that it becomes very difficult for students to live in hostels. Government should move polluting industries away from this area if they have opened an IIT here. IITH administration should also do something to ensure health of its members, otherwise, intelligent persons will not prefer IITH.

IIT Hyderabad is one of the latest IITs to have been built in the country. I had the opportunity to visit the premier University, and I must say I was very impressed with the infrastructure. We had some Japanese delegates (the university has strong relationships with Japan) with us, and they were seen clicking photographs of the massive buildings of IIT-H. I was part of a visit to a lab and there were pretty high number of students working under a capable professor. The students that we screened for the campus interview, seemed to have a grasp of the basic knowledge. The food at the mess was very good and the mess hall was maintained clean. From a non-student perspective, the place has got everything that a university should have.

Our entire family of six lived ioion Banjara Hills on Road #7 in Shesh Mahal.
As a youngster myself at the time, I only knew that Daddy went to "The Institute" to work each day.
I thoroughly enjoyed living high on the plateau in central India! I would truly love to come back and see all of India again through adult eyes. I wonder if "Ms. Pope's palace is still available to live in again.
Sheesh Mahal has always been my favourite home! Nameste
