We have been booking Justin and his team since the San Diego Wild Fires. He not only got out all the ash but all the pre-existing stains that Stanley Steamer said couldn't be done.

They are honest about the work and will assess the upholstery and stains before tackling it. I never feel like I am getting an upsell.

We have now also called him to our offices as we had some water damage and he was there the next day and saved us a TON of money by educating us about the mold risk.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:
5/5 stars from the phone to the actual cleaning itself. They are professionals who actually care. They even gave me helpful advice and self care tricks when they learned I was puppy shopping.

RELIABILITY/BOOKING PROCESS:
The level of communication is so helpful as we have a busy office, so the updates are appreciated. Christine is a delight to work with and the text alerts allow me to plan my day accordingly.

I would say book in advance as they get quite busy during the holiday seasons.

PET SAFE:
After I got my puppy (who eats everything in sight), I was concerned about toxic chemicals but I was assured that they use chemical free product. They also improve our air quality as I noticed my allergies calmed down after they came.. less dander and zero pet odor.
