After the New Year and Christmas parties we needed our carpets cleaned. Went online to look for a reputable company and struck GOLD! I called and received a quote, got all the info i needed to prepare for the service and they arrived that same week. The service was pretty nice since they offer packaged menu type cleaning. I decided to go with the gold package which was everything I needed except for furniture moving.
The carpets came out like new after it was cleaned and we couldnt ask for more. SoCal Steam Clean does it right and at a reasonable cost. Ill Call them again for sure!

Very pleased with the work Jonah did At our home. We needed carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and a tile floor. He was clear about what to expect with the work we had ordered - Especially the high-traffic, old tile kitchen floor and a pretty dirty upholstered chair. We were pleasantly surprised that they came out so well.

He also did a good job on our two carpeted areas. They look great! I was surprised that the company cleaners do not expect to move any furniture (probably industry standard). Their policy is to clean up to and around. I m sure it was in the contract, and I just didn t catch it. So next time, I ll be better prepared.

I would highly recommend Socal Steam Clean and will use them again. Taro, our technician, called and asked if he could come early. We were thrilled they could come earlier. He showed up and worked hard the entire time he was here. Taro explained the process and was upfront and told us it would be better to not seal our grout in the kitchen at this time. We appreciated his honesty and not up-selling us. Our floors and couches look amazing. Socal Steam Clean exceeded our expectations. Look no further they are excellent!!!

Greg and his crew have cleaned our carpets for years and are experts at stain removal. They are personable and prompt, reasonably priced and without a doubt the best in the area. We have no reservations recommending them and indeed do so whenever our friends ask.

Some carpet stains reappeared when the carpet dried and Jonah came back out immediately and retreated and recleaned the area to my satisfaction.

This company does top notch work with professionalism. When other highly rated cleaners in town turned me down due to the layout of house and small amount of carpet, SoCal Steam Cleaning gave me a better quote and got the job done. We needed to have our large sectional and two area rugs cleaned. I'd done some research and found positive reviews for Socal Steam Clean. I called to make an appointment and the woman (Christine?) was very friendly and helpful. She had me measure the sofa to get the linear footage which is how they charge for the cleaning. The price quoted for the sectional and area rugs was reasonable. On the day of the appointment, I received a voicemail from Josh letting me know he'd be closer to the end of the one hour window than the beginning. This was helpful as I was coming home from work to meet him. Once he arrived, we discussed the sectional fabric (we'd ripped the tags off which Josh advised not to do because the tags describe what the fabric is made of) and Josh wanted to make sure the fabric would not shrink or get streaked from the 400 degree steam cleaning process they use. I tried to call Living Spaces, where we'd purchased the sectional, but since they don't make the one we have anymore, they couldn't help us. After going back and forth, we decided to proceed with the sectional cleaning. It turned out great! We'd had a cat urine issue on a back corner of the sofa and it is completely gone. The sectional and area rugs look brand new.

I would highly recommend (and in fact already have) Socal Steam Clean to my family and friends. They are professional during all phases, reasonably priced, hard working and very importantly, dependable.

I was so impressed with the work SoCal Steam did on our carpets!!! Our carpet is light beige and over the years, have acquired dark stains from the day to day wear. Our stairs were dirty, my closet carpet was filthy from my makeup and shoes, and some of the rooms covered with dark spots from where the children played. I called SoCal Steam Clean to schedule an appointment and was able to get on the calendar immediately. Shortly after scheduling the appointment, I received an email and a text confirming the appointment and the work I scheduled. As the date got closer, I also received reminders. On the morning of my appointment, SoCal Steam Clean arrived on time and ready to work. They worked hard and efficiently, focusing on the stains and being careful not to cause damage to our home. I ve never been quite impressed with many service providers so it was refreshing to receive such professionalism and to receive the service I requested. Not only did they clean our carpets so we could avoid replacing them, their service was also on point with everything from start to finish! I highly recommend calling them. All around fantastic experience. Great service, quality work and prompt service. Our carpet needed a clean from day to day use and after SoCal did their thing our rugs look brand new! What can I say about SoCal Steam Clean? What can I not say! They did an awesome job cleaning my house today!

First off, Justin is the best. He came 10 mins before the scheduled time and started promptly. He made sure he put up wall guards so that there would be no scratches from the vacuum tubes he brought in. He cleaned a couple area rugs that my dog sometime lies on and it looked almost brand new! The carpet in the bedrooms looked great and the upholstery on my couches were like night and day! He finished in a couple of hours. Very professional and the price was affordable and cheapest I found around town.

Overall, he did an amazing job. I highly recommend using SoCal Steam Clean for any and all of your carpet and household needs!

The two different employees that I have worked with have been super professional, incredibly friendly, and go out of their way to do what we ask. I will always use this company. I even tell my friends to use them.

So easy, with great communication & quality work! I made an appointment with Christine & immediately got email & text confirmations. Then I got an email reminder a few days before, plus I got texts when Josh was in route. Josh called us (since it was at our rental & then tenant let him in) with the estimate, then started the work. He texted before & after pictures of the kitchen (which was the dirtiest of the tile/grout area) & texted again when he was finished. We had both tile/grout & carpet cleaned. It was more expensive than companies that just do superficial carpet cleanings, but they got out some nasty stains in our well-worn carpet. The carpet looked great! We'd never had our tile cleaned before & it has taken a beating over the 8 years we've been renting it out. It looked nearly brand new after it was cleaned! Only a few spots with permanent grout stains, but they weren't even that noticeable. The quality of the work & time they spent on it was totally worth the price.

James is an excellent person who does a great job with an awesome attitude. Five stars.

I contacted 10 or so carpet cleaners. Most rep-lied with incomplete information and at times rude responses - particularly when I asked for clarifications on their responses. SoCal Steam was one of the few that provided a very comprehensive response and request to come by for an estimate. The technician who came by was wonderful and extremely helpful.

The actual work was well done but there were areas in our living room that looked awful - not Socal's fault - just high traffic areas. Our cleaner insisted on redoing the living room. The extra effort was awesome and did improve the the overall look.

I pretty much think based on my experiences you can't go wrong using this carpet cleaning company.

After all my research for carpet cleaning San Diego SoCal Steam Clean provided a level of service that is hard to come across these days.

four college kids lived in my condo for two years. Having prepared to see not a pretty picture of the condo, I was still shocked to see how dirty (black, literally!) the carpet was. Josh spent three full hours doing everything he could and finally restored the carpet to what it could possibly be. Unfortunately many bleaching marks left by the college kids remained and became more prominent after removing the dirt and soil. As a result, I had to go back to the parent who signed the lease asking for repair. Not surprisingly her initial response was to deny any wrong-doing but blame the carpet cleaning instead. This is when I saw how much the experience Justin and Josh have had could help. Josh was well prepared and had taken pictures of the carpets before and after the cleaning, which enabled me to present evidence to the tenants. Justin also prepared me with detail descriptions on the products they used. After that, the tenant stopped blaming the carpet cleaning but turned to insist that the bleaching damage was just part of the normal tear and wear. Without any prior experience dealing with such a situation, I did not know where to go next so I turned to Justin for help again. I was fully aware that Justin had no obligation whatsoever to spend more time on my case. But Justin is Justin, a business owner who is always thinking what his customers thinking and willing to go way beyond what he is paid for. He researched similar cases and then advised me to hire a flooring forensic expert to determine the nature of the damage. I then contacted the flooring forensic ....and eventually the tenant admitted that they were liable for the damage.

I did want to share my experience with everyone out there to show you how lucky I was to have found Justin as my go to carpet cleaning person. But what really prompted me to post a review here was a comment Justin made when he recommended bringing in a flooring forensic expert: Science doesn't lie. That tells me, and hopefully you, too, that he was helping me not just because I was his customer but because he truly believed that he was doing the right thing. This integrity he showed is, in my view, the key to the success of his business. What can't you trust him for when you know he is a person with integrity?

I called him and he came back right away. They cleaned them for no extra charge. His customer service is excellent and his work is great....Highly recommend.
