I have rented from In Motion Services three times, now, when my mom has come visit. My mother has MS and I will often rent a wheelchair or rollator, or both. The prices here are so much better than anywhere else that I have come across, and their delivery service is extremely convenient. I am so thankful for that they are available and would recommend to anyone who needs to rent any kind of mobility device for visitors, etc.
I needed my mobility scooter repaired. An appointment was made for the next day. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable, honest and the cost was fair.

FIVE STARS without a doubt, through and through. Repairs and Services: (sorry I forgot his name!) Came on time and did a full inspection of my father's mobility scooter. Even though he first saw it was super old (9 years) and past it's time, he still did a thorough job to check exactly what was wrong with it - I imagine others would look and say it's old and that it needs to be replaced without a further inspection. He took his time and really helped me understand the issue and why it couldn't be fixed. Then he helped explain what options there are for scooters that would suit my dad's needs and budget. Sales: My father saw a low price on a competitors site (the scooter he wanted was on sale for 30% off) and the sale would end (boxing day). So I quickly called theat store to put in the order. Luckily my phone died, so later when I wasn't in a panic to buy, I checked InMotion, and they had the SAME price ($5 difference) as their regular price! I think this shows a lot of honestly on their end! I didn't mind the $5 difference because of my great service already and called. The battery was also slightly more expensive, but the sales guy was able to help me out in that as well. Thank you! Rental: since we had to wait for our new scooter, they offered a rental and it arrived on time and the delivery guy was very kind to my father and helped him remove his accessories and did the exchange quickly, carting away the old scooter (which the competitor said they would not do). Delivery: delivery guy Nick (one name I finally rememeber because I just checked my voicemail), didn't just deliver it and take off. He made sure my father understood how to use it, and even sent me a picture of him super happy with his shiny new scooter!! My dad hates pictures but since he was smiling in that picture, I know Nick did a great job and was very friendly. I've looked at the pic for the tenth time now, and it really truly warms my heart to know there are great people out there, in the world, in the service industry, working with the elderly. Thank you In Motion, really, from both me and my father.

In March of 2018, I was looking for affordable rental of a hospital bed for my elderly friend Mark. I was shocked at costs and that bed frames and mattresses were sold separately. I was looking at amounts of $4,000-$6,000. This was unacceptable! I decided to Google search renting a hospital bed. Inmotion Services came up and I am so thankful. The rental of the bed included frame, electrical hardware and mattress. It also included delivery and setup. They rent/sell every medical equipment possible. A sizable portion of the rental went towards ownership when we decided to buy the bed outright. I am so thankful to the brothers Lavi and Eylon Zemer for providing their excellent service.
They were very patient and dealt with my father-in-law with incredible respect.

Phoned them and a guy came to check out my broken wheelchair. He said he couldn't resolve the problem until he called the manufacturer to find out what the error codes mean. A miscommunication caused a short delay but the man came back with a replacement part and because of the delay he didn't charge me labour do the repair.
I ve worked in the senior living industry for many years and after working with In Motion Services, I will never work with any other assistive devices company in Toronto again. They re extremely friendly, caring, efficient and trustworthy. I ve had emergency situations where no other company would help me (evenings, weekends, turn-around time) but without hesitation In Motion was there for me or my residents in impeccable time. They also always follow up with their clients after they ve already begun using their devices to assure they re happy and all is working well. Incomparable service and people. The best.

The service has been great. They have come out to troubleshoot issues with my scooter when needed, they are very good people.
I shopped around before my first rental last year, found the rental rates to be the cheapest in the city. Being on a tight budget, this inexpensive rate for rental was better for me.
I recommend this company to anyone. For rentals, repairs, even purchases, you can't go wrong with in motion services.
They were very helpful in getting my partner sized for a wheelchair to rent for the weekend. Calling to set everything up and pay was super easy. However the chair we recieved wasn't the greatest. It did the job but the breaks didn't work very well as the wheel tread was worn down to nothing, and the foot rests were 2 different lengths so it was a bit uncomfortable. The chair also kept trying to turn to the left so by the end of the weekend my arm was sore from putting extra force to keep it straight. I also paid for the chair to be picked up since I work full time and could not bring it back on my own, and I had recieved a call on Monday reminding me it had to be dropped off this day or I could call and rent it another day. They were apologetic and ended up picking it up today and required no extra cost, but they seem a bit disorganized. Aside from all of this, I would be more than happy to rent from them again and I hope that me leaving this honest review will help them improve for the future.
I trust this company immensely. I can't praise their services enough. They helped me over months and months with follow through and support in getting a wheelchair scooter. Going through ADP and waiting was a tough slog, but they were very patient and professional. They answered all my questions via email or on the phone. They helped fix my broken walker immediately. They fix things on site which is a big bonus when you have a broken piece of equipment that you rely on every day. (Call ahead to make sure your mobility piece can be fixed.) Their prices are honest and fair in comparison to other places. I've had bad experiences in the past with other companies in the city, but never this one. They went above and beyond to work with me and make sure I was well taken care of. Priceless! thanks!!

2018 was the second year I rented a scooter for my dad who is very heavy. The price was reasonable and the employees were very helpful. in 2016 I rented a three wheel scooter which was good but wasn't balance enough for my dad. This year i rented a four wheel scooter which was brand new and it was awesome. The battery never died and my father has more confidence moving around on it. We easily put the scooter in the trunk and carried it everywhere. Anyway I totally recommend this location.

While traveling to Toronto I used In Motion Services to rent a mobility scooter for my mother. After speaking to a number of companies, In Motion had the best customer service and most competitive prices. They also delivered the scooter to our hotel before we got there and picked it up after we left.
The staff at In Motion Services was very helpful and I would highly recommend them.
I became disabled a few years ago, and had to learn about rollators and scooters fairly quickly. Lavi, Eylon, and Mitch have always come to my aid in a timely way, and patiently answered my questions, explained things to me more than once when I needed clarification, and provided quality service and products. They are very accommodating when a service call is required.
I have now rented from them 3 times. I go back again and again(hopefully not a chronic repeat customer, haha), they have better prices than the competition, and are extremely helpful and accommodating.
If I ever need a rental again, I'm definitely going back.
I highly recommend them, they will answer any questions you may have about anything.

I needed some wheelchairs for an event I was running. In Motion had a lot to choose from and helped me choose the best option for the best price, compared to others. At the event they were available should anyone need anything "extra". Their same day delivery option is great if you have an unexpected issue. I was also impressed how quickly they picked up the chairs after the event. Would recommend to anyone needing mobility devices to accomodate any guest mobility restriction.
Has been giving us the runaround for ages. I wish they could just send a competent tech out and solve the issue. Edit : The Chair repair is for my mother. I am not confused about the company.

I needed to rent a scooter for a trip to Toronto after being given the run around and getting screwed over by Vital Mobility I called In Motion pretty desperate. They were able to get me a scooter same day and were incredibly helpful. It was delivered right to my hotel room.
