Not impressed with this company whatsoever. Made 5 phone calls to their "corporate" office in regards to a complaint about move in issues, not one time did anyone bother to call me back. I was also told it's a third party you call for corporate, and not even their real number. Really regretting renting from this company, so disappointing.
Update: 6 months later no response from Michelle, she stopped responding to my emails, they ve entered my apartment twice without my permission and said there was an error on the work order. They keep changing my rent. Such a nightmare of an apartment. Stay away!

IMT Residential is the best in the business. They have such a strong operation and are responsive to the needs of residents and employees alike. Would give 7 Star rating if I could.
Filed complaints about my Local Apartment office with this corporate office. I was told I would hear back in 2 business days. No response for over 10 days. I had 4 follow-ups with them. Every time someone takes down my details and says they will send a message to the "team"!!! But, no response after that. This is very bad customer service.
Reply to the company response: So, you response to you not responding to my complaint about your local office is to take it up with the local office? Wow. You do realize that people will be reading these, right?
Christian was so amazing, very professional! He knows what he is doing and his information he tells you is very understanding. He is pretty fast/accurate, and hard working at his job, because he fixed my a/c for me, my bathroom sink handle, my dishwasher, my cabinet, and my sink disposal. Well thats all that broken down in my apartment so far.
Stay away from these crooks! Their management is rude and will never come back to your issues, they owe me money and haven't come back to me for 6 months after several times trying to call them, email. Their business should be shut down by the government for scamming people.
I am enjoying working with IMT. They are enhancing our community and the residents love the new pool furniture and picnic tables at the tot lot area. I m looking forward to seeing the companies future growth.
I live in the imt sherman circle location, one of the NEWEST developments, so all the terrible management I have experienced is an especially bad sign. The amenities are NEVER properly serviced, I cannot count how many times I have put sunscreen on my toddler and brought him to the pool only to find it is filled with hair and other filth that makes the water hard to see through. Or taken him to the playground to discover another resident has allowed their animals to defecate there and-in spite of cameras being located all around-the office has done nothing to penalize or even warn the residents who left the mess. The elevator is out of service at least once a month. The rear exit gate has been out of service for almost a month. My washer has been broken for two weeks. No one has updated us or even returned our calls. When you call the corporate office, you will be redirected to a customer service representative who knows nothing about the business or any ways to help you other than letting you know that they will tell someone else and you should wait two days. If you call back and insist on speaking with a supervisor, you are transferred to the same line. Then your calls are ignored. This company charges upwards of $2600 a month for a 2 bedroom apartment, but the quality of their product and apartments is hugely lacking and makes you feel every single day like you are wasting your money. There are better choices in this area for far less money, save yourself some headaches.
IMT tried to raise my rent $300 6 days before rent was due, Illegal! They do not care about their residents and they will try to steal from them however they can.
So pleased I went with this capable team of Pros ! The Meadows in Mesa is extremely well Run ! Special shout out to ~ESTHER~ for her constant fast reliable work. Must also recognize two AWESOME Maintenance fellows. ~ROBERT~ just replaced my Garage disposal within 20 minutes of request. ~JODY~ was outstanding again just today within 15 minutes of request for service (replacing my master bedroom sink stopper) I've been here over 3 years and this team has never failed me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ~ IMT Residential.
Very frustrating, IMT wants to charge me for breaking my lease because I turned in my keys 2 weeks early, after I have paid the rent in full. This is not a very good way to treat a disabled veteran.
