I live in the imt sherman circle location, one of the NEWEST developments, so all the terrible management I have experienced is an especially bad sign.
The amenities are NEVER properly serviced, I cannot count how many times I have put sunscreen on my toddler and brought him to the pool only to find it is filled with hair and other filth that makes the water hard to see through. Or taken him to the playground to discover another resident has allowed their animals to defecate there and-in spite of cameras being located all around-the office has done nothing to penalize or even warn the residents who left the mess.
The elevator is out of service at least once a month.
The rear exit gate has been out of service for almost a month.
My washer has been broken for two weeks. No one has updated us or even returned our calls. When you call the corporate office, you will be redirected to a customer service representative who knows nothing about the business or any ways to help you other than letting you know that they will tell someone else and you should wait two days.
If you call back and insist on speaking with a supervisor, you are transferred to the same line. Then your calls are ignored.
This company charges upwards of $2600 a month for a 2 bedroom apartment, but the quality of their product and apartments is hugely lacking and makes you feel every single day like you are wasting your money.
There are better choices in this area for far less money, save yourself some headaches.
