The one star there is just because i can write this review. IMS is the best place to work at because they got so many awards yaar. So all we people writing bad about this company are just stupid people. Well, i i have been forced to write this here because the HR team at IMS People judged me and now when I absconded they speak bad about me to the people I refer to IMS. Come on yaar, why don't you stick to your jobs and stop being so personal about treating employees like they take a part of your salary. I absconded because I had my reasons but if i am still referring people to IMS then why would you ask that person if they going to abscond like Fedrick did? What kind of question is that during a job interview? That simply means that you judged me and now you judging the people associated with me too. Just learn to keep your emotions aside and be professional. Yaar you people are the HR of that firm, a pillar of the company and all this is degrading the brand name of IMS People. I hope you take this as an employee's feedback and make necessary changes rather than just a negative approach on deeming your company down.

Worst experience! They just make you fool and demoralizing your confidence.they take so many interview rounds and at the of the day they reject you worst experience ever

Worked here as a Team Leader. Love the atmosphere and over all feel. The shift timings bother me a bit though.

Worst place to work lowest salary offered in night shift compare to others and partiality is there in between senior and junior or heigher level and lower level employees and having lots of cab issue huge difference between what they say and what they do and the worst HR management over there

No body is sure about their work and nobody knows what to do. They took my interview and wasted my 5 hours and at the end they told me that they will tell me the result next day. Today it is more then 15 days and they did not gave any response. If they don't need employee then why they call people for interview. My advice for others that don't go for the interview in this company.

Waste of time and just exploit new comers and experienced people in salary, feels like sabji mandi . Its better to stay home rather than waste time and spoil resume at blue cheap companies like this. HR team is like kapils team( no body is sure about any1) even hr call u for interview and when u come just said no openings, than why called ? So ridiculous internal HR team.

It was the worst company i have seen ever in my life. Don't go there because it's totally waste of time. They select only few candidate based on reference.

Don't recomend to anyone very worst environment to work plz.

Today they eliminate me from ims it's just 7th
the day they give me reason that u do not have good communication skills so I told them that so why u hire us why u passed us on interview and Bhavesh kundal interviewed me and told me to resign so I left my job and m not from proper ahmd so I lost both of the jobs. This is the worst experience and the trainer named Sarang Dixit during training period he always pointed out me and told me that u are always stays in ur own world so without knew any reason from me Sarang Dixit gave feedback to HR and they eliminated me. plz don't go for ims if u have good cs and capable to do target on daily basis so u can. They also have targets to hire people on specific time period. They complete their targets and hire us then fire us giving silly reasons.

The trainer Kinner Parekh is amazing. His knowledge and teaching methods let you get enough exposure to get into the RPO world. Also their HR is good ready to help you with anything if you maintain their standard. I really enjoyed my time there.

There is a large difference between their website and employees

They themselves are recruitment firm but dont know diffrence between fresher and experience ppl!!! They passed me in 2nd round but recruiter forgot to call me for final round!! And when i called her only than she told me oh u hv interview this eve!! They rejected me bcos im 32!! They told me you cant work for us in long term!!! I mean really??? Who works for you for 20 yrs?? Who r u ?? Google??? And if u have stable career than why do u have vacancy evey day??
