I went to the Flea Market over Thanksgiving. You must go!
Love the flea market, parking and traffic is crowded.
This is a fantastic antiques market, I can't wait to go every month
Had a wonderful day at the flea market here. Great deals, and great food.
We was there Sept 12 for the Mule pulling ! Going to miss this place ! The last Mule Pulling ever at the Tennessee State Fair
TNA Wrestling was Born in this Arena
Jeff Jarrett created TNA Wrestling
I visited it on the last day before they moved. As usual, they had an eclectic mix of items for sale -a bargain hunter's Paradise
The bathrooms were nasty, but the shuttle people were really nice
Something for everyone. The future looks bright here.
Flea market greatest place for anything you could want.
Awesome day. Weather was great. Vest weather. Lots of vendors .
Fun at the fair! Also enjoy the flea market monthly too.
Roller Derby... makes you appreciate the tenacity of the fairer sex. Nashville Roller Girls vs Dixie Derby Girls double header. Great spectator sport, but you have to sit in the suicide seats to really appreciate these ladies, on skates, battling it out on a concrete course.
Sports arena sucks. We were there for the flea market......
Was at the fairgrounds for the "Valor Fights 48" MMA bouts on Mar 31, 2018. Drink prices were kinda high but enjoyed the time spent there. The waitress was very friendly and helpful.
Always seem to find something in the outdoors. Plenty to see.
Great place! Kind of small but great for holding events! Loved the overdrive wrestling match I saw here.
I love going to the flea market. Awesome way to spend the weekends
Open air flea market is fun. Hot in the Summer though!
Little troublesome getting to the correct gate and the building I went to was not that great. Bathrooms were poorly maintained, it was hot, and the only seating was upstairs
So much has changed at the Fair and it's not really crowded like it used to be but still lots of excitement to be had.
I am grateful that I get to go and massage once a month to vendors and the general public! A lot of us who has been here for a number of years have grown to be very family-like!
Ya hooooo. Went for flea market. First time with great friends. Vic n Laura ! Thanks guys!! And if u havent been .....YOU ARE MISSING OUT !
Old venue, laid out kinda funky. great for the flea market and state fair. Parking is slightly inconvenient but not a deal breaker.
The skyline grille on the grounds has an awesome breakfast and very good prices
It had been a while since being at the fairgrounds. No matter what is going on there's always a lot to do and see here. Gotta check it out.
Went here for Jurrasic Quest. Stood in line over a hour to get in, then about a hour at every attraction. The facility was ok, but paid to much money just to stand around in line the majority of the day. Will not do Jurassic Quest here again.
I can't speak for the sports or fair, I have only been to the weekend flea market. If you're in Nashville over the weekend and have the time and like flea markets, this is the place to go. Large variety, if you are a slow browser, it could take all day. There is a parking change
My friend took me there for the first time. Loved it!! I'll be going back. Found some great deals. There is so much to see and you can find just about anything you're looking for. Had a great time.
If you were looking for something you would be able to find it there
My husband and I went to Impact Homecoming! We had a great time! Great seats! The only thing that was a bit of a bummer was the concession line (30 min+/-) and a bit pricey for soda but minor inconvenience.
We'd go back there again to see Impact Wrestling!
I participated in the Nashville Flea Market. Great traffic, to sell your wares. Reasonably priced booth rentals. Staff was great and accommodating!!
The area is nice and clean, from the few nights I was there.
We went there for a roller derby and we had a good time watching the roller derby. The one drawback of this building is they have bleacher seating to see the arena, so make sure you take a cushion to sit on.
This used to be a place that housed the local gun shows. The city of Nashville put a stop to that.
Went for the monthly garage sale..more business than I thought was there...
We spent the day here walking around the flea market. We enjoyed ourselves very much
Attended TNA Impact home coming ppv event. It was really cool. The only issue was the construction.
Great Antiques and collectible stuff! All day event. Best antiques in Sports Arena building.
Nice buildings, great livestock displays, good premiums for competitive categories but terrible parking for exhibitors.
Perennial plant society annual sale was great. So crowded this year it was hard to see everything, but still a huge variety of plants for sale. Ideally one should arrive when the doors open. The plants are lined up alphabetically and then by sun, shade, perennial or annual. Be prepared to wait in line on entering and at checkout.
I enjoyed walking around the grounds because there were so much to see. Old record player and album items that is hard to find these days. The food was very good. I recommend you to go and see for yourself, and I am sure you will be pleased.
We had a blast here with Valor fights decent facility.
Was here for the 70th Anniversary of the NWA! It's been a few yrs since we were here last & they have fixed it up a bit! Had a really good time with my husband & son! We had Front Row Seats & it was AWSOME!
Over crowded
Some vendors selling junk
Only a few vendors accept credit/debit cards. Square is some 2.5% of the total. If your profit margin can't support that, then add it to the purchase price and have the customer pay it.
Parking fee for events even if its something you are hosting and already paying for by renting space under contract. Slightly confusing due to lack of signage for buildings and events.
The fairgrounds are fun, they always have activities ranging from racing to wrestling to flea markets and craft fairs. Even exotic pet expos and plant shows. There's a few for parking but it's five dollars. There's ample handicapped parking and accommodation.
It's impossible to find silverware to eat with here.
Too bad the city is destroying this historic fairground....it is all about greed ..
Soccer field should have been built somewhere else...many fine Nashvillians agree also ...and was voted down . Mayor and others totally ignored the people...stole money and went about doing what they wanted...promising something they did not even have to offer....
Excellent flea market held here each month. Usually the last weekend.
