I travel on a tour of Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro. They brought together more than 60 people in a single tour, with only one guide. Approximately half of the people speak Spanish and the other half speak Portuguese, so the guide has to be repeating all the information in both languages. The bus is 100% full, the trunk of bags to burst, the piestos are small and uncomfortable. Each time you have to go up and down luggage it takes a long time. It is not possible to enjoy the trip in these conditions. Do not waste your money with this company.
I was in Europe between 17.8.2014 and 6.9.2014- I did the land part with Surland / Lusanova, for my first experience it was very good. The comfortable, air-conditioned bus, knowledgeable Portuguese-speaking guide, ready to attend to all the explanations requested. Just the Italy / Spain extension through the Costa Azul was not very good. The journey is long and tiring, with very little time to know everything that was proposed. The guide of this route also did not give us much help. but overall it was a great experience. With all transfers on time.

The company Surland has guides and drivers A-1 know their work very well, it was a very pleasant experience with this company I only have two very important observations that the company must take into account to solve them.
one; the hotel in Venice; 4 * Holiday Inn is too old, small rooms, not clean and not good, the hotel in Florence Meridian 3 * this hotel seems to have no stars is very bad, SURLAND must change to other better quality hotels in Venice and Florence, the rest of the hotels Ok.
two; Value Added Service only at dinners and lunches that are included in the Value Added payments are very bad, they are low quality menus sometimes inedible. They should be improved.
