In 2016, we had our roof installed by Assured Contracting. With the recent storm (Eta) we had significant leaking from our first floor ceiling and when we went outside to figure out the issue, we noticed significant cracking where the first floor roof connects with the second floor. We called Assured Contracting on Monday the 9th to request someone to inspect the roof and determine what is causing leaking in our home. We have called every day since the 9th (10 days) and every time we are told "someone will call you to schedule an appointment." However, we have yet to receive a call from anyone indicating even a tentative date to have someone inspect the issue. We are very understanding and recognize that after a storm, a roofing company is probably very busy. However, you should at least be able to put a customer on a schedule and they not be told "we will call you when we are available and that's just how our scheduling works." This is not a professional way to handle a (former) customer. We have several issues derived from the roof issue that cannot be fixed or repaired until we can determine the roof issue and have it corrected. When you have customers who are very understanding, you should not keep saying "that's just how we do things" rather than trying to remedy the concern in a timely and professional manner. We do hope this will be resolved so that we can update this review.
