They fixed my iPhone 11 with a non apple product now I m getting an error message everyday and then I took it back to the store and they act like they can t fix it I don t recommend this business to anyone

This is by far the best cell phone repair shop in Metro Louisville. Their honesty and Integrity cannot be beat. The work they do is fantastic and definitely at a fair price. They sell phones in there as well that are used but in excellent condition. If you're in need of having your cell phone repaired give a monkey's a chance they're right across the street from Kroger's on Bardstown Road in the highlands

Very fast repair cheap and they are really professional

So far, great! I have contacted 4 other places locally to inquire about whether my iPad mini 4 with cracked glass could be repaired. The first that I went to based on a friend's recommendation was out of business for over a year. The second gave me good information but told me they recommended trying to get my $ back from the original owner (I had it purchased from Facebook Marketplace) because it would not be cost-effective to fix (over $200). The 3rd location said the staff who repairs the tablets was unavailable for 2 weeks, and could not tell me if he could repair it or for what price. The 4th never answered their phone, and when I went in person, they gave me a No, they don't fix the mini 4s.
iMonkeys was my 5th try, after I happened to see the location passing by. I called and Que was very nice. He gave me a price estimate range and told me the approach he recommended trying. I just left the store and am optimistic that, once the part comes in (it's being shipped next week and he showed me the price for the part, too), he will be able to fix it. I will add another review, (Much Shorter!) once I get the call to pick up. But even if they can't fix it for some reason, I have already had GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and would recommend these guys to others!
P.S. I also appreciate the printed receipt I was given for leaving my device with them. Not all places do this, I've been told, but they should!

I have no complaints whatsoever. Very responsive, friendly, fast, and efficient. My iPhone 7plus screen was shattered so bad that there were chunks missing and lines through it. I couldn t see on it at all. I was even in denial that it could be replaced, and was going to just purchase another phone through sprint. Glad that I gave them a try. My phone was back in my hands under an hour, and it looks great. I ll definitely come back again. They saved me money and time. Thank you so much.

I went to get my Xs max fixed and they put the wrong size phone screen and my Face ID was messed up,the phone was still not working properly,and it had a line still.the phone cracked due to the wrong screen size being on my phone and I took it back and they said I had to pay another $200 even though it was there mistake. I would not recommend coming here

They Helped me out I broke 2 iPhones within 3 weeks and they pulled thru for me each time I appreciate y all and will definitely be back

Was told phone would be done Wednesday, never got a call . And when I called they said it would be another week . Asked why no one called me . They said that is not there job . When phone is done they will call . Took my phone back and will not go back .

You told me 1 week, you never said 2 weeks.
And your attitude was not my problem. It takes what it takes. Never called and said it would be another week

walked in there today (11-9-17) needing a sim card tray. They just handed me the tray and said it's on us!!! great customer service. Thank you again.
