Worse service I have experienced I called in the morning around 9am for a courier pickup was promised the pickup will happen before 5pm and a references number was given 740015 but still no one came to pickup the courier..dont know how do they manage their expenses coz no body is bothered in this company to make money. I called 2 times to remind but still nothing happened, if they dont want to do business they should shut down this business..

The worst courier company I have ever seen in my life. Their agreement is no use, their tracking system is doesn't work, and end of the time they'll eat your money and pretend nothing happened, they will not provide you any details, accounts or from operations in fact from that company you cannot seek no help from no one. Be aware!! Whoever thinking to hire them for personal or business use. DON'T! You'll regret. The company is a big ZERO!

according to the system, supposed to get my package 2 weeks ago. they kept saying we ll send tomorrow , and nobody came up until now along with my package. i dont know where my package has gone to! called the customer service zillion times, no answers! at least give me my package!!!

Terrible service!! I don t know how they re surviving and how they re even getting loyal customer! I have never come across worse courriers....i have given them enough chances and excuses...never again. I have waited since the morning for my delivery which was promised first by max 5pm and second time no later than 6pm. I called back several times by 6:05pm and nobody is answering...I have spoken to 3 of their customer service representatives so far and I am saying this with honesty and impartiality, they are unprofessional and incompetent. I would like to also add that they don t even have a proper customer database and they need your details every time you call. Their employees are unfriendly and seem impatient too on top of it all! I suggest you find yourself another courrier service . This one is not IMMEDIATE .. should be named UNRELIABLE and DISSAPOINTING courrier service. I doubt they even have someone in their team to check their reviews...seems like no one in that company really cares.
