Terrible service!! I don t know how they re surviv...

Terrible service!! I don t know how they re surviving and how they re even getting loyal customer! I have never come across worse courriers....i have given them enough chances and excuses...never again. I have waited since the morning for my delivery which was promised first by max 5pm and second time no later than 6pm. I called back several times by 6:05pm and nobody is answering...I have spoken to 3 of their customer service representatives so far and I am saying this with honesty and impartiality, they are unprofessional and incompetent. I would like to also add that they don t even have a proper customer database and they need your details every time you call. Their employees are unfriendly and seem impatient too on top of it all! I suggest you find yourself another courrier service . This one is not IMMEDIATE .. should be named UNRELIABLE and DISSAPOINTING courrier service. I doubt they even have someone in their team to check their reviews...seems like no one in that company really cares.
