I work for a Veterinary Hospital and we have been using iMatrix for years for a very basic site that we haven't updated in quite some time. When I decided to revamp the site I researched several companies. Parker was great in helping me understand what each part of the proposal meant and why I might need that for my website. As someone who knows so little about computers that meant a lot and was probably the final factor in me choosing to continue on with iMatrix. Today he introduced me to Ryan in Support. The guy who gets to take my newb self through the next stage. Already Ryan has me more comfortable with moving forward. He was able to tell me what I could have done right away(and did it while I was still on the phone) as well as guide me to getting the rest of the information and requests to the support team. I switched my website from a company who had minimal interaction with me. Imatrix is awesome at keeping in contact with you and keeping you up to date with how you are ranking compared with other web pages in your area. The monthly check ins were exactly what I needed. This month Haley was very thorough and answered all questions and even offered new options to help boost services.
Did the Dominator Package. Lost thousands, kept changing my contact, ranking did not change, did not get testimonials posted over promised under produced by a mile. I would not advise Chiropractors to use them.

Again this is not the first time you failed at your contractual obligations. All I can say if you are a chiropractor looking for a host for your website, call me, I am not hard to find thanks to my new website host! Since posting my review yesterday and giving IMatrix a one star review, I have had two conversations with representatives from the company. The first was with Austin which I have respect for as he is the only person in the company who even tried to help with my website. The last one was Megan, now she even admitted to me that during December that her company did not post any new content to my website or a new blog as they were contracted to do. How to say, pouring salt in an open wound! Then the conversation went that she wanted to if there was any way that I would consider taking down my review, because they did not want to force me to take it down. Wait a minute, your company was paid to do a job, you don do it and now your are threatening me, if I don't take down my review of your company, who the hell do you think you guys are? Since my last review of IMatrix and Eunice leaving them, things have simply plummeted. There have been times when IMartix was as much as 3 months behind in posting pages to the website.Then on only catching up when you road them to get things caught up and posted. When you call for help you can't hear the person on the phone as it sounds as if there is a party going on in the back ground. When you call them up they act as if there is nothing wrong and like they simply don't care. They can not follow simple instructions. Don't waste your time or money with IMatrix, they can not get it right or in this case write either, in fact I seriously considering filling a law suite for breech of contract. They can't even spell my city location correctly, much less my last name and of all things, the word Chiropractic! The only thing I can figure out is that they are simply too big to fail! They can not keep quality people working for any length of time. My account has been fumbled by so many associates and finally ended up in a mangers lap, he was the only person that would double check everything before it went live. Ah, do I sound frustrated here, yeah! You spend big bucks per month and you are out ranked by a $39 a month website and they can't tell you why? WOW! Do I even have to leave one star? Hey, I have Eunice for my NEW account rep. This lady is fantastic. She has taken my website from drab to dazzle in two months. Had a previous account rep. that would not return calls and did not do what was asked. Eunice has done what the previous could not or would not do, and she did it in two months. Kudos Girl! Yeap, you are a keeper!
Mitsu was very kind and helpful! I had explained to them that I had several poor instances with iMatrix customer support, and they went above and beyond with kindness and help. I wasn't able to do what I wanted to do with their current model for posting videos to blogs and Mitsu helped me completely change the model of how we were posting to make what we wanted happen! This review isn't about their product, but about their support regarding domain names. They refused to transfer a domain purchased by iMatrix on my clients behalf by unlocking and providing an auth code. They insisted that we create an enom account, that they could transfer it to. Now we're held up because they wouldn't update contacts on the domain or any other thing considered "off script" that would have made this process so much smoother. They might have a good product IDK. Lesson here is don't let vendors buy your domain on your behalf. It's never a good idea.

This company provides a horrible product and the worst customer service I have had anywhere. Their prices are astronomical and even after that they have tried to overcharge me. I cancelled my account but they still attempt to charge me for services they didn't perform. I hope no other chiropractors fall for this terrible company. If you search "chiropractic seo" they come up on page 3 of google. Shows just how bad they are at SEO. I have spoken to many chiropractors about them and nobody has ever had anything good to say. I wouldn't be surprised if a majority of their positive reviews are fake.

I have been working with this company for many months on our SEO and we have had them manage our website for at least 12 months. They are great to work with and doing a good job with our SEO. I never have a problem getting in touch with them. I would recommend them.
Not sure what happened with docs that had a bad experience. Your experience may depend on who you speak with at iMatrix. I have never had a problem; their staff is quick and very responsive. I tried an upgraded package with a video and photos and was able to lower my package option after a few months, as promised. I have never been "stuck" in a contract with them and would highly recommend them for your website and online services.
Peyton was great in addressing all of our questions and requests. She was able to get everything completed in the way that we requested and in a very timely manner. I sent alot of changes and requests her way and she completely understood what I was looking for and took the initiative to make some design changes that she thought we would like & she was completely correct!! My Service with IMartix started off slow, but in all fairness, I played a big part in that. After I expressed my concerns, they were on top of it. Actually, I was told Rome wasn't built in a day...BUT THEY DID IT!! My Rome was built in 5 DAYS! My website is beautiful sophisticated and lavished. I LOVE iMatrix! Today, one of there techs "Glen", helped get my sight updated and automated for reviews from various places. They are responsive to the needs of their clients and always are prompt and do a great job!
The service has been really REALLY poor lately, it wasn't the best the whole time but it is getting worse. They will always come back with a LOT of annoying excuses on why you are the issue not them. I am sure their reply to this comment will also confirm how I am wrong and they are right just like every contact I have had with them. We have used them for years because it was easy, but our Google ranking is dropping like a rock lately and instead of being caring they yell. Their support team makes it feel like I am talking to a robot that has automatic canned responses - no intelligence or help. The website design is VERY limiting. You just have one main area to put all the information in (text, images, videos, etc) - which is an issue if you want to spread the information out and have the information easy to read. If you want to be able to customize a site and have it look clean this is not the company to go to. Their company sales site looks good, but the templates they give you are very restrictive and don't look as good. They will tell you they can customize it the way you want, but that is not true. They have SET ITEMS they will put in for you, but it will not be truly customized. The templates are very hard to 'customize' to look good. They say they will be doing this one day, but their code is so old and they just upgraded their sites this year. The team that codes is coding really old code that Google (the #1 search engine) does not recommend using any longer. I can contact and speak directly with a 'technician' but they haven't gotten it right yet. The 'technician' can do a little bit of coding and editing, but the main coders (probably in India) are getting the information that the first line tells them incorrectly. They constantly put you on hold too. I'm writing this to try to cancel my subscription. The price they charge is way too much for what they offer. If you want to move your site to another company they won't zip up your files to take to another company. If you made your own pages you will have to copy and paste every page, image, etc manually and hope you got it all.
I have been working with iMatrix for about 4 years now. My experience keeps getting better and better. My office consistently gets at least 2-3 NPs per week from traffic from my website which is managed and maintained by iMatrix. The customer service is exceptional as well! Just recently, Jessica Cooper has helped me find new ways to help attract more attention to my website in ways that I didn't even know existed with my current service. Jessica has gone above and beyond helping me to understand my iMatrix account, and how to make it work even better. Thank you Jessica Cooper and iMatrix!!!

Going on day 4 of trying to contact an individual about changing my account. As a customer for 4 years, you would not think it would take nearly a week to get in contact with someone from imatrix to make a simple change on your account. Very POOR customer service.
A week has passed since a simple fix was requested, and the only action that has transpired other than their typical "we are on it!" emails is a request for a positive review. Really?
