Save yourself a lot of aggravation and $. Do not use this company. They took an extra $799.00 from our bank account on the 4th day of this month and still have not returned it. No one will return our call and we are going to have to file a lawsuit. We have been with this company for many years and we were fools to have stayed so long. They never lived up to the promises they made and their customer service is terrible. They will tell you that they are great but experience tells me that they over promise and severely under deliver. I will be not only suing them in small claims court, I am filing a complaint with the Attorney General in the state of California, and with the BBB.
I have been using iMatrix for about 6 years now for my business. I have always been impressed by their rapid professional response by phone, email, or chats. I feel they have a quality service at a reasonable cost with good options and suggestions for improvement without pressuring. Nothing but good to say about their service.
The managers treat you unprofessional, its a lie that they care about customers or employees. They conducted them selves as why would they need your service and rush you out the office. Dealing with them was a total nightmare. Walk away from this Company. I do Corporate Marketing 10 years of experience and my advice is don't do business with this company, you will regret it if you do. A person should always be treated with respect and in a professional manner.

Let me start by saying I worked here. Great people who work here, but run by morons. The people I worked with are VERY intelligent people who know what they are doing, but then there is management who are completely clueless and focus on over promising and under delivering. So many times we would suggest what should be done BECAUSE IT'S RIGHT, and management would shoot it down because they wouldn't maximize profit. INTERESTED IN SEO / IMPROVING YOUR RANKINGS? They are going to take your money, promise you a great website and content and links, but Google is going to punish you because it's all duplicate content, it's all fake links, and it won't help your rankings. I was a senior account manager and keep up with Google and it's Algorithms, and iMatrix is full of it if they tell you they can help. Not a single thing they do will help with your SEO or website performance. They make these beautiful websites (yes I do think they look good), but if you think they will perform, you're wrong. They are slow as hell (which Google takes into consideration for ranking), and they are bogged down with false links and and repeated content. Best of luck if you go with them. They will gladly take your money, and they will blow sunshine up your *** just so you will fork over money. If you think I'm full of it, just ask them a few questions. Is this content original? Do these fake links actually help? How are you setting me up for success in regards to Google? They won't have a good answer because I know first hand how full of it they are and how little time they spend actually optimizing sites. If you question it, I suggest you download a free app called Screaming Frog and run your site. Check site Titles and Meta Descriptions and you will see that they spend no time doing any SEO on your site whatsoever.
I was somewhat frustrated with imatrix for not following through with the monthly calls and updating my website. However, Danny was very patient and helpful with all of my concerns. He took time to explain and plan out what was much needed update on my website. Furthermore, he personally offered to follow through with the promised updates. Companies that run your website do many things for you, however, the bottom line is if you want to be well represented on google I highly recommend iMatrix! I can definitely speak and vouch for Jennifer Ho, our account manager, who has gone above and beyond for us. Very professional, personable, and loves what she does. My fathers practice has been around for 30 years and Lynch Chiropractic never showed up in google searches. Jennifer brought us from the third page to the top three on google searches.

I became a client at SECO in Atlanta a few months ago. I manage an ophthalmology practice and co-own the optical dispensary with one of our physicians. I knew exactly what I wanted as far hiring a company to assume our website & digital marketing. It took over two months for our new site to go live. This wouldn't have been an issue had I not been billed for services I wasn't receiving those two months. After multiple attempts to talk to a manager at iMatrix about my concerns and promises by staff that a manager would call me I finally received news through an employee, not a manager, that iMatrix would offer me a $300 bill credit towards the $2,400 I paid during these 2 months. In addition to the bill credit I would receive a couple more pages of custom content. It's hard for me to equate this to $2,400. I paid a reduced setup fee of $499 off the normal $1,999 for setup and was told by my sales rep at SECO this fee is for the website build, videography, photos, etc. I was also told it would take about 2 weeks for the site to go live and I wouldn't be billed during this time which I wasn't. So I have a hard time understanding how a company can bill a client for a setup fee then bill them 2 months worth of service fees for a service that is not working. If my utilities companies, alarm monitoring company, pest control company, etc. don't provide me service for a month I don't have to pay for it. So, why should I have to pay for website/marketing companies service if I can't use it or it doesn't benefit my business? I gave iMatrix a chance to make this right and I don't feel like a 12.5% bill credit and "couple of pages of custom content" equate to $2,400. However, there's no one I can talk to about this as you can't apparently speak with a manager or director if you are not satisfied. Having said this other than my issues with their billing practices the staff are tremendously professional, polite, and helpful. My account manger Asher has been great to work with and I'm satisfied with our new website and early response we have gotten from the digital advertising. I was hoping to be a true advocate for iMatrix in our community but I wouldn't wish these billing practices on my worse enemy so certainly can't recommend them to my peers. This is ashame because I truly believe they have a great product/service. I may not keep them beyond my 6 month commitment simply because of their billing practices. BH Digital Services offers a very similar product which I had prior to iMatrix that is comparably priced. They have outstanding customer service so I will likely move back to them. iMatrix management seems to care more about sales than true customer relationships which is not a good way to grow and retain happy long term customers. - Josh Medical Arts Eye Clinic & Optical - Auburn, AL
If you are not using iMatrix for your website, do it now! They know what they are doing and will get patients/clients in your door for you. I get about 2-4 New Patient calls a week since I have starting using their services. All the staff, especially Lupe Ruiz, are extremely knowledgeable and helpful in getting your website looking professional to capture the attention of a potential new prospect. We signed up for Imatrix for a Chiropractic Website. They messed up our entire account and put all our personnal information (home address, email, etc... out on google instead of our business information)! Our ranking dropped at least 10 spots to a complete page after switching to them! When we cancelled our service with them after completing the full year contract, we were informed that now we are automatically enrolled in a rolling contract and had to pay to get out of our contract. The worst customer service and SEO skills we have ever worked with. If you are a doctor looking for a website with Imatrix, look elsewhere! Do not use Imatrix!

I've dealt with several tech support people over the years, and all go the extra mile to help customize my website as much as possible according to my design specifications. They stick with even the most puzzling issues and various software quirks as long as it takes until things are properly resolved within the confines of their system. Most recently in particular, Kelly provided awesome in-depth help with both changing and customizing my site's skin as well as educating me on latest SEO practices. I felt like I had my own tutorial and what I learned from her is invaluable. Overall, iMatrix is very rich in tech support - such a crucial aspect of web design and functionality these days. The hours they devote to a single client is very impressive.
ZERO stars from me (I had to select one to post it). I paid $1500 per month for 6 months to be on the 'Dominator Program'. Six months and $9000 later I cancelled because I got zero results. I recently hired a new website guy who actually used to work for iMatrix. As he looked at my website he found out that iMatrix didn't set up my website SEO, no directory listing, no h1 and h2 tags and some pages had 100% duplicate content. $9000 and zero new patients later, I'm asking for my money back. The story gets even worse. I have made numerous attempts to communicate with someone over their and they literally keep ignoring me.... Update....they finally contacted me after leaving a bad review...they are maintaining that my website performed up to their expectations, however, no results + a good story, does not equal results. We are still investigating this matter. Lets see....they say I averaged 10 leads per month over 6 months? That would have been 60 leads! Somehow it felt like zero leads. Oh, website hits and leads are not the same. A recent audit of what was done prove that my directory listings were not completed. I remember calling on a weekly basis to ask, "what can we do to get my phone to ring or create any new leads at all?". It's unfortunate that my weekly calls didn't prompt the support team to set up my Dominator program correctly. I have 4 pieces of objective proof that show that my site was never optimized...which makes sense as to the lack of effectiveness at attracting actual new leads.

I really hate to report that this company did not deliver what they told me they would. First of all, I was told I would not be charged until my site was ready to run. That was not true, they charged me for two months before I even had a web page with them. They did not return calls to get my web page up and running until several calls later. As you may read an employee responded to my review below . He is not correct in what I was told by the sales person. My mother had just died earlier that month and I told the sales person I was not ready to do the web program yet due to the stress of losing her. The sales person told me "no Problem", sign now to get the "deal" and pay when your site is up later. The sales person just wanted the sale and evidently was not telling me the truth. This company is very hard to work with. I am very disappointed in how they treated me. Sept. 4- I changed my review to a higher number of stars because they finally stopped charging me and I have moved on to a new internet group.

With 30+ years of being in private practice as an Optometrist, I have never been more frustrated by any business of any kind I've chosen to do business with as iMatrix. Never get the same person to talk to and the representative I was assigned to in order to begin our social media campaign did not return my calls. When I did speak with him I could not believe how unprofessional and inept he was with the process. I complained, eventually getting the person who signed me up after running in to her at a University of Houston CE program in Austin, Fall of 2017. She explained that he had been fired. Was then told she was going to make things right, which just didn't happen and continues to this day as I am locked in to a 6-month contract with this awful company. Always a different person to speak with, they each have no idea what is going on with your case and you have to go over it all over again each time, no delivery of their promises services. Hard, hard sell to get you to sign up and then you are dropped until you complain enough to be heard. Beware at all cost. Do not do business with this company. After I complained, I received a call from a "manager" as the person who signed me up stated that she had no authority to change our $399/mo plan to $99/mo plan despite the fact that they delivered not one ounce of social media support for the three months they charged me the $399/mo. This "manager" then wanted to ask me a series of questions as to why I feel he should downgrade our plan as he had no idea of the absolute chaotic experience our office had up to that point and lectured me on what we had done wrong. An absolute unbelievable experience for me. Especially considering that I've done 20+ clinical trials as a primary clinical investigator for several major optic companies and have dealt with the FDA to heads of major optical corporations. An absolute terrible company with a hard, hard sell tactic followed by the worst service and organization one could only dream up. Beware at all costs, go with another reputable company who can actually do this job for you. Remember iMatrix so you don't sign up with them. My worst business experience in 30+ years of private practice, and, I've had a lot of business relationships, so this says a great deal of how much I detest this company.
