iMatrix has been great. I've had them run my business website now for over 2 years. Easy to communicate with, quick to make changes. I have been using imatrix for about 1.5 years and they have been responsive to my requests. However, it wasn't until Alan Cruz was placed on my account did I see some positive changes. He is the reason as to why I am still using imatrix.
I always expect setup issues with complex systems, and this was no exception. The test of a company is how well its support representatives address these problems. I had heard some mixed reviews of iMatrix support, but my experience has been great! Laura especially has spent a lot of time today assisting me with email and website tool setup.
David was very helpful on our support chat. He was able to help me fix the problems that were needing fixed on our page. He was able to change a tab to a button in record speed. He was friendly and efficient.

Customer of VetMatrix for about 8 years. The services provided are expensive and not terribly effective. The social media posts are ineffective. They recently hacked into my Google Business account after I personally denied their incessant requests. As a result of their hack, I lost 6 years of my own personal business work. I made an equivalent compensation request and they countered with a joke! The company I trusted to run my marketing turned out to be a disappointing fraud. s.r.

I am in my second year of practice and first year solo practitioner on a DIY budget. Chiromatrix has far exceeded the promises from past website providers I have explored with a web presence. My sales rep, Dustin Fatch, as been a rock for me, checking-in and helping me utilize the DIY resources by iMatrix, such as how to create my own SEO. This has been fantastic gift as I have struggle with finding the motivation in myself from time to time. I have had only excellent customer service with all of the people I have communicated with in at iMatrix, but Dustin Fatch has gone up and beyond any customer service experience I have had, as brings kindness in his approach and shared knowledge. That said, I have successfully moved from the 13th page on a general web search in my town to the 3rd page in 2 weeks after starting, and we're still working hard to move the first page (recall I recently started and am passing folks who have been in my area for 10/20+ years!). Peyton was very patient as we worked through issues with adding email to my iphone. We had to re do it a few times. She was able to figure out that it was something with the initial configuration set up I think. She even offered to walk through it with another co-worker if needed to check for the same issues.

So, I have been a customer of iMatrix for over 5 years. I had a recent customer service experience that is rare today. The Newsletter service was not working properly but I needed an email sent to my patient base. Chilan (iMatrix rep) initially told me that it would be 2-3 business days until the problem would be solved. I expressed my urgency to her. She proceeded to "think out of the box" for a solution. Within 5-10 minutes she thought of a way to get my letter/email out to my patients using the "Card" service. iMatrix has hosted our magazine website for about 4 years now. Great product. Great service. Great price. Since the conversion to the new system, we've had problems updating the module link to our digital flipbook every month. They always updated it for me but then next month, I couldn't update it so I had to call in again to get it updated. Tiana worked on it this time and I don't know what she did but IT WORKS! I will be able to do my own updates and with the new system, that only takes a few minutes. Thank you Tiana! Chilan did my update today. Excellent work and soooo very fast. I can't believe a web company has this level of tech support.

Two words. Jason Marcus. We started with Vetmatrix when you could get assigned a team member as your personal contact. Sadly, perhaps with success, Imatrix has changed this and moved to a "Team" approach. For most things this might work, but in a website refresh, the experience was not great. Jason Marcus saw this and took the necessary steps to insure we got to the end of the process.
Peyton with iMatrix has been amazing! She listened to what concerns I had and took detailed notes on how I wanted my customized information to look. She cleaned up everything I had added, added beautiful stock photos and followed up with me to make sure I was happy with the final product. First class customer service!!!

Not sure what's going on with this company... employees there makes promises they can't keep... difficult to get in contact with them and takes them a long time to make updates to your website... although people are generally nice when you speak with them, but I'm very disappointed with this service. Worst of all, it takes you minutes to sign up but forever to close an account.... it's been 2 weeks now and I'm still trying to close my account with imatrix.. which I think it's ridiculous since our webpage hasn't even gone live... I've already made several calls.. and keep getting redirected to several departments... Would not recommend this service to anyone.
Chatted in and got Danny F. very helpful - I was on phone to them at the same time (on a hold) and Danny himself picked up so we continued on the phone. He has a very good demeanor and was able to quickly get us going with some password resets. Better keep this guy around.
VetMatrix has consistently delivered what it promised when we started with them. Their website design team took us from the most basic home made web presence, with virtually no interest and no benefit to our practice, to a much improved design with more information that began to get noticed. However, the real improvement came with the hands on attention provided by our SEO manager, Patricia Sebold. She understands our business and responds to our needs both after we make requests and, more importantly, by anticipating and discussing the services which have most improved our online presence and visibility. We have learned that without any input from us, we would be OK, but actively interacting on delivering our message, with Patricia's support, greatly enhances interest in Apple Valley Veterinarians, LLC as measured by client feedback and new patients. Interactions with Ms. Sebold are professional and friendly, and we certainly feel comfortable in saying that we consider Patricia part of our family.
