I have been involved with probably 10 different consultants in the SEO world over the past 15 years, and Amy is by far the most knowledgeable professional I have come in contact with yet when it comes to speaking the language of search engine optimization. Amy speaks eloquently enough to impress , but can also communicate on a level with clients who do not have that same level of training to help them understand strategies necessary to optimize their performance and presence on the internet. The staff at iMatrix have a vast knowledge of content for optometric websites and they have hosted our website for several years. They are very professional and respond quickly and accurately to emails and phone calls when we request changes and additions to our website! Be warned!!! I use chirotouch happy with it but this product is total rip off!!! I have been in business now for 19 years and have had many website marketing companies this one is by far the worst! I paid $8000.00 in 6 months and they didn t even publish the website!!! They promised me 1st page and my city has only 3 chiropractors in it Nd their website was beaten by other websites from other cities and from other chiropractors that did not even have a website!!! Now they won t stop billing me even after I cancelled the most expensive package they had which was a complete and utter waste of money makes me sick!!!!! All I can do now is warn the rest of the chiropractic and professional community of this company!! If you use them don t say I didn t warn you!!!!!

Met at SECO in Atlanta: 1) Entirely female "sales people" who seemed more interested in getting drinks later rather than what my practice really needed. (unprofessional) and a typical attempt a company to send gimicky women in short skirts selling to an industry they do not understand - rather than a quality product 2)When I did get to speak with the apparent manager whom was a younger fella is his late 20's he went on a sales diatribe against all other online marketers "yelp etc" for not being industry specific - but couldn't explain to me well how they are specific to my industry when they also aparently working in multiple industries. 3) spoke to several colleagues in regards to imatrix and to my surprise not only had some of them heard of imatrix but had used the services - and guess what all 3 of them had left imatrix due to different degrees of not being given what was promised or just getting no real results 4) worst of all - the sales manger tried to sell me on a service that i can in no reasonable way see helping my practice - as increased patients are not my only concern - or giving them inaccurate information that does not pertain to my practice or its needs UPDATE to IMATRIX response: Thank you for taking the time to respond to my deep concerns but I'm not to sure how "The way we are industry-specific is very simple. Our marketing solutions are universal tactics that can be applied to any industry" is a very good explanation as to how you are industry specific, or how $1500 a month gets me a semi-customizable website is a great deal for my practice. Seems off to me, along with the myriad of new reviews since mine, name dropping employees.

Brian Hogan does an awesome job at IMATRIX. One of my my website videos broke and the company that I used prior to IMATRIX was no help. So now I have to live with a broken video or no video after I paid all that money? Brian handled it in a matter of minutes and also added some stock photos that IMATRIX offers free. He improved my website 100% Dr Ken Smith I have been with iMatrix for 7 years now and they are far superior to the several other SEO's I have used. With the Reputation Building program, for a fraction of the price that I paid the others, they have my site at the very top ahead of my competition. And today, Jason Marcus was incredibly patient and helpful clearing up several issues with an old timer who struggles with technology.

The customer service I have received from iMatrix has been great, especially from Shelby. They have always done their best to get my requests done in a timely manner. Phone calls work much faster, emailing can take a few days. They can't make all my requests a reality but they do their best and always willing to help.
We are new to iMatrix, but the onboarding process couldn't have gone more smoothly. The initial transfer was quick and thorough and all requested changes and additions were handled expediently. Highly recommend this company!

We just recently started using IMatrix for our website platform and couldn't be happier. The customer care is outstanding and our website looks fantastic now. Its so easy to edit and change things around. Highly recommend them.
I have been doing business with I-Matrix for over 12+ years. Over the years my site had become stale and over complicated. This year, I decided to turn over my Google PPC and SEO to I-Matrix with their "Dominator" program. I was assigned Haley McMaster as my Account Specialist in the Elite Support team. She is incredible. She is very knowledgeable about SEO, Keywords, on-site changes and PPC. She is absolutely on-top of my account and what we are trying to accomplish. With 4 clinics and 6 doctors and multiple landing pages this is no easy task. Based on Haley's results, in addition to the $1500 per month for the Dominitator program, I am adding another $300 per month, increasing by $300 per month until we reach $1500 a month for Google Ad spend. Two thumbs up Haley and I-Matrix.

I had a good website, but then I received a sales call from iMatrix about handling my site and also doing Google ads for $649 a month. I had not considered ads before, so decided to give them a try. Unfortunately, things were not what I expected. First, when iMatrix set their website live, they actually took my domain away from me. They removed it out of my Godaddy account without my permission. I never wanted this and it has become a significant issue because they are now holding it hostage (see below). Second, the salesperson led me to believe that all $649 would be directed to Google Ads. But upon reading the fine print I discovered only $300 was for Google Ads and the other $349 was for services I wasn't aware of, and some were services I was already getting at a much lower cost. Upon learning this, I promptly decided to cancel with iMatrix, just a few days after getting started. At that time I was informed that I was in a 6 month contract for these services and that my domain had already been transferred. When I insisted on canceling, I was told they needed to speak to my office manager. iMatrix kept him on the phone for 30 minutes with lies about Google Ads and how they work. They assumed I didn't know any better and I played along to see how far they would go. At the end of the call, I told them we still wanted to cancel and they told us that the people on the phone couldn't help and a specialist would have to call me back when they were free. They took my domain without permission and now are playing games giving it back. I wish I had never switched in the first place.

She changed the pic and font on my home page and it brought me to tears. Michael D. was patient, kind and so very insightful about getting what I need correct. He was so in earnest on the call to understand the nuances I needed. He is working hard to create new forms that will compliment the site. Agustin B. has been a godsend as he has been working with me the last 1.5 weeks on the phone to try and make sure all was just right and continues to make edits to ensure ease of use. Agustin works along with the whole team to make my edits come to fruition on the same day which is appreciated more than they will all know. He is kind and patient with those not as tech savvy as he is. Justin A. is one of the managers who has been working on my google site and it is a work in progress. He is dedicated that he and his team make sure it reflects my values and my calling. I am blessed to be working with such talented and dedicated professionals! Brady, who is my sales consultant is the bomb as well. He was persistent and exceeded expectations and was not pushy. Very authentic. Updated 9/11/20: After my last review, Steven with iMatrix reached out to me immediately and has worked to resolve our issues. Hopefully, we will not have difficulty in the future in reaching support or having our concerns addressed in a timely manner. Our website performs well for us for the most part. We hope that this will just be a bump in the road that we've gotten past. *** Unfortunately, we've seen a sharp decline in customer service with iMatrix. I've tried unsuccessfully to reach "elite support" over the last couple of weeks. I've sent numerous "SOS" emails asking urgently for a call. We are disappointed in the lack of concern on the part of iMatrix. Today, I called to try and resolve. I was placed on hold for nearly 30 minutes and then disconnected. Then, I received an email that I must've been disconnected and can "schedule" a call. Next available is 9/10. Not soon enough for issues that should've been resolved. STILL not a live person to speak with and resolve our issue. We've been clients of iMatrix for a number of years but will sadly be exploring our options very soon. *** Jason Marcus in tech support was very helpful in a recent issue that we had with our Google Biz accounts. Unfortunately, the resolution took about three weeks, but I believe Jason did everything he could to expedite and was very professional in his follow through. One of the reasons we signed on with iMatrix almost three years ago was the personalized service we were promised. I must say, for some time that seemed completely inconsistent. Recently, we've seen improvement in this area. We hope this continues, allowing us to continue our valued relationship.
I have been working with Glen to add and make changes on our website and he was absolutely GREAT! What I thought would take several days to accomplish he was able to take care of within a day. Thank you Glen for all your hard work!
