Applied here.but was scheduled an interview which i missed coz of a serious family problem.they didnt listen and instead discontinued my interview.the reception was good and i guess its anice place depending on my first day of placing my application.

Worked there from January to June. The company was growing, but they had their problems just like every company. My supervisor told me herself that i was being trained to be her second and then to be a lead. I learned everything on the printer line in about a month and a half. The time comes around to pick the leads and I'm not picked. Instead they chose 3 people who wasn't as qualified as I was. They didn't know the entire line like i did, but that was their choice not mine. I wouldn't recommend this place, but idk how they are now so I cant say.

This review should not in anyway be used against this Company as this is just the honest truth and my findings Let's start off with the old The old image Microsystems was in almost every way better then the new one let's start off by watching the video on YouTube called (image Microsystems video.wmv) Although the old building was crowded by alot of product they still offer a more safe work place I was even told better pay Ok let's start with the new So when I started at the new place in fort worth they said the reviews on Google was from the old place but it was mostly from when they took over owner ship a year and a half aago and they go all most of all the reviews cleared from Google and most other sites witch is why they only have 5 review since 2018. They then told us how they owned 6+ companies that they sold that was a red flag why not keep the one and keep building it up and they knew very little about the computer market again red flag found the emoji Starting off we only had the laptop department and shipping and receiving for a few weeks we had to set in the cold with no work before our manger could even find any work few more weeks go by the get the printer line up and running they said the plan was to have 5 lines running with a total of 150-180 employees The Massive hiring they hired any and everyone every break you could walk to the side of the building and you felt like it was 420 every day you didnt have to smoke you could just let the smoke get you high but they did end up fixing this after a few months went by Ok so remember how I was talking about the 5 printer lines yes they had 4 up and running for a few month look like everything was great besides the fighting and yelling and just the rude people but all was good few months go by the line running went to 3 people was getting fired (the clean up I called it) but with in the right reason few more months go by we go from 3 lines to 2 lines this is when it started looking bad If you notice I have not said anything about the laptop department because we had the right group of people we felt like a family we worked together but we all knew this was a dead end job The October fall I call it this because we didnt get no product from then to January work was getting slow we stop having Company meetings people stop caring it look like they was bring in buyers but from just over hearing they was begging for business again but never got it I had been knowing hp had found a new place to take over the work load we was getting but still need the experience at this point that all it was for all of us Layoff day well what is it to say we got the boot dont matter how long you was their a year or less no time was paid no pto was paid out the only thing you could claim was unemployment Speaking of PTO we all know what this mean right personal time off right so if you need to use it make sure you did it 2 weeks ahead of time so if you get sick you bebeter plan it 2 weeks ahead of time break a leg better plan it 2 weeks ahead of time I mean I didn't know I had to plan getting sick if I knew that I would of planned the day to stop coming wasting my time at this place that was not going anywhere Almost forgot about being safe this was not safe you had tables go out smoking you had long Extension cords running along the ceiling you had pallet jake drives with no certificates fire doors block my whole time their did not see one Fire expression the camera they said work but when you go look you can see the wires was cut but they did have a few all it would off took was one call from osh then you would of had 30 days to get it fix But this was just my point of view also their are 3 owners we only saw 2 but the big one is the dad of the CEO but ya you know the coo was the best Jay and john was hand down the most loved people in that building in my opinion everyone told them hey hello good morning
