I have been working at IMCS Group for more than 6 years and I love working here. The company is so transparent with all that goes on at the highest levels of the organization. The people are absolutely fantastic and always willing to help. All the teams(HR , Immigration, Technical team ) I worked with are very responsive to my requests.

Pros:
1. Always pays on time, I have never faced any payment issue in my near 5 years of journey with IMCS
2. As an immigrant, they do their best to solve your visa issues. They have the best immigration attorneys
3. They are very active and any problems or issues will be answered within 24 hours or the best time
4. They have very good trainers and supervisors who train you to do the best in your project

Cons:
1. Sometimes they do a lot of follow up. I feel it's not necessary
