This is a bar that everyone in Trieste knows. Coffee is really good! The location is central and has outdoor tables. The interior is welcoming and the choice of sweets is sufficient (we are not in a pastry shop). The staff needs a guide that coordinates it better.
Fabulous large cup hood But many gaps, the first one: as soon as the waitress opens the fridge and some sweets fall, she takes them very carefully from the ground and puts them back in the fridge and some puts them on a tray, The second ... the seats towards the bathrooms a stench of dead fish .... The third ... the toilet flush broken A pity .... Illy is a guarantee everywhere and right here in Trieste .....
Nice local .. also with Illy products selling point ... in a nice point of passage .. you are welcomed with professionalism and kindness ... excellent coffee.

Good Illy coffee shop, with selection of sweets, juices, chocolates and more. The restaurant, in a modern style, is not very spacious, but has outdoor seats in the pedestrian area in front. The restaurant, at least inside, usually (and necessarily) is a bit chaotic. The overall judgment depends on what was sought in this type of venue. But the coffee, and the other products served, are undoubtedly good.

Attracted by the brand and the reviews I decided to try .. nothing particular .. a bar and a coffee ....
cute place in the touristy district that serves illy coffee (illy coffee is every where of course) coffee was good. we chose to sit outside and orders seemed to have a 70% surcharge of each item (not the standard and typical "seating" fee). it was ok as we are only visiting. but personally i prefer a place that charges the same regardless if i sit inside or outside.
These new premises are distinguished by their essentiality certainly not without taste and personality, which distinguishes the chain. The service has a high level of quality supported by a fast and accurate service. Naturally the choice of coffees is wide.
