No customer service whatsoever!
I've sent them 4 emails about my stuffs I paid for and haven't got
(its been more than 5 weeks+ since I placed an order) and still has no response from them!!

Steer well clear of this company. When there is a chance to price gouge and profiteer from a situation, they most certainly will. You'll find yourself paying substantially more for items and then when you try and return it, a new policy all of a sudden pops up (that didn't exist prior) in an effort to make them exempt from refunding.

18.08.20 - In reply to the response I received below: before I even thought about posting this review, I tried contacting head office and explained the situation hoping to find some sort of resolve. No one was interested. Not even a credit placed on the account for the item returned (you didn't even have to refund the money). But still, not a single care was given!

It has taken a further 5 months before "Senior Management" decides to reach out. Again highlighted the lack of customer service. To little, far to too late! If we treated our customers how Livingstone treated us, we'd go bankrupt!

We've since moved all our ordering over to another supplier and couldn't be happier.

Recently, we wanted to buy a wide range of beauty and medical supplies. After exploring their comprehensive website, we thought it would be wise to check them out, just to be sure, as there are lots dodgy web businesses out there.

Went to their office in Rosebery without an appointment. Got completely blown away by what we saw.

One of the managers, graciously did the exceptional, took us on a half-hour walkabout tour of the whole operation. Big office, showroom, and a really massive warehouse, the likes we have never seen before. It reminded me of the Raiders of the Lost Ark in its length and depth. Absolutely impressed.

What an eye-opening discovery indeed, would have saved a fortune had we discovered them much earlier. Broad product range, great quality, low prices, and best of all - in stock. Ended up spending several thousand $$ with them.

Lots of confidence in Livingstone as our long term priority supplier.

Ordered hand sanitiser 10 days ago. The products price was inflated and the website had "AVAILABLE NOW" on the product I ordered. There was also banner saying Same day shipping no orders left behind. So I proceeded to order. Follow up 10 days later and am told that the product is on back order and won't be shipped for another month minimum. 0 communication. If they were a legitimate business they would have emailed and advised. When I complained they said the website couldn't keep up with the orders, and that is why it still showed available. Really?

UPDATE: Ivan from Livingstone left a comment on this review 4 months after I left it asking me to email him so he can make it up to me. He has all my contact details from when I placed the order. If he genuinely wanted to help, he would have contacted me.

price gouging at several times the original cost- claimed they were made in a new factory and so there was a price hike but that seems like an excuse. Other companies only increased their prices slightly but livingstone increased prices by 2-8 times the original cost.
Also, if you are going to help people out "quietly" then why are you using this as advertising and telling everyone?

Ordered surgical masks 11 days ago before they increased the prices drastically (bought it for $69.95 for 50pcs, now they re selling the same product for $275) and the email clearly said dispatch information will be provided once your order has been processed , but I received no news even after 11 days so I decided to call them today.

The staff asked me 3 times if I ordered online, to which I said yes. It seemed to me he didn t really know what he was doing. Then he tells me they ve run out of stock of the masks I ordered and will refund me this week. He wasn t apologetic for the delay in relaying this information whatsoever and for the inconvenience.

If the masks I ordered 11 days ago are out of stock, why are you still selling them on your website for $275? Can t help but think Livingstone chose not to sell them to me since I bought them before they jacked their prices up. What a waste of time, don t bother buying from this untrustworthy company.

As a pharmacist trying to supply masks to my customers, I was disgusted that the company has increased the price of 1 box of surgical face mask to $275. Their previous price was $20. During the time of crisis, it's sad to see the pure greed of businesses like this. I will report this to the ACCC and have already found a more ethical supplier.

My first order was a good one. A good quality level 1 mask although it was quite expensive due to they jack up the price. However, they second time I ordered (level 2 mask - a better quality mask suppose) from them, but the quality of the mask has been degraded a lot (as I can compared clearly with the first mask that I ordered from them). I won't buy from them anymore, they're simply dishonest.

Poor customer service.
Placed an order in early March, never received the items so I requested for a refund. Still waiting for the refund. I have contacted them on multiple occasions yet it still has not been rectified. I will change my review once I get my full refund.

Just bought some Livingston brand basic paper elastic ear loop face masks (100 pieces) for $145.00 inc local postage !!! I'm almost embarrassed to admit that I paid that amount !
This would have to be the biggest rip off I've very seen, even for $50.00 it would still be a rip off. They probably import these items for less than $5.00 from China....which it says on the packet ! Looks to me they are just taking advantage of the situation :(

Placed an order and they sent out completely the wrong item, back and forth with phone calls, emails and unfulfilled promises about refunding the purchase price.

There incorrect delivery was sent back and confirmation of its arrival, still no refund.
PayPal dispute lodged and no response from them.

PayPal claim has been lodged and nearly 1 month after placing my order I am still waiting for the refund from them, dreadful service.

Meanwhile I placed an order with another supplier which was 21% cheaper, free delivery, and correct items arrived in 2 days after ordering.

Look around there are lots of other suppliers out there.

As a consumer that has used multiple companies previously for consumables needs I can safely say I have found the right company.
Livingstone offers high quality products to consumers at a cost effective price and for me personally their biggest strength is their customer service .
Have refereed my friends and family and will continue to do so .

It is a crisis, we all know it. But Livingstone International is if not making the actual situation worse, is making it harder for businesses to keep their staff and customers safe. Ethics matter, and clearly Livingstone has none. Buy else where, this business doesn't deserve your patronage.

Thursday 12/3/2020 we placed an order. Was quote ~$120. Told the order would ship next day.

Because I heard nothing Monday, I called and was advised price was increased and if I accepted the new price (~$180)they would expedite my order and and it would ship next day. I was told that I would recieve an email once it

I tried calling wednesday and after holding for 25 minutes finally managed to connect to the online chat who said someone would call.

Thursday afternoon called and messaged again and was told they would expedite my order....

And finally Friday 20/3/2020 they raised the price a second time to $218. Almost doubling the price.

Given the dishonesty from Livingstone's reps (promise shipping and then not delivering) and repeated price increases, and given they can not promise delivery, we will be buying else where.

Edit: Ivan - too little too late, take a hint buddy, when MULTIPLE customers are saying that Livingstone price gouged, failed to deliver, and was generally terrible to do business with, do not ask us to talk fix your problems, tell us how you have built systems to prevent this occurring in future.

Livingstone please explain the 500% increase in price for your surgical masks in the past week - is there a reason, besides pure greed. Went to my local pharmacy and when I asked about the price they were embarrassed and proceeded to tell me that you had increased the price by 500%. They also indicated they would not be selling your product as they believed their customers would be blaming them. Disgusting example of price gouging during a possible crisis.

I do agree with the negative review. I would give a zero star if there was. This is the worst seller I have ever met. Their management is such a mess. I made an order on 28th Oct but until now 23 days past I have got nothing sent out. I have made 10 calls to inquire about where my order is. Every time I called they told me the goods was already in warehouse and I would receive the updates by email and my order would arrive within three days. However I had received neither emails nor the goods within the timeframe then I called again and got the same answer the goods would be sent out within a few days but again nothing happened, this happened 4 times. This Monday I called them again and they told me my order had been sent out and would arrive Monday afternoon or the latest Tuesday morning, I was so happy that I had got an exact time when my order would be delivered. However, it turned out to be a joke again. I had got nothing until Tuesday afternoon and called them again they said they need to chase up this issue and would give me a call. Again neither emails nor calls from them after then(it is common for them not doing things they promise so you always need to contact them actively). Today is Wednesday I have got no choice but called them again, the ridiculous thing was that they said my order hasn't been sent out!!!!!! It supposed to be out for delivery on Monday according to what they said!!!!!! They said they will investigate this issue and give me a call... The thing is getting into a hopeless loop. They have totally ruined my plan. I am so disappointed with this company. I will never ever recommend this seller to my friend. Please do avoid them if you want an easy life.
UPDATE: Finally I got my order delivered today (26 days after placing the order and 12 calls). So changed the review from one star to three. Thanks to the customer service representatives for the help with my order. However, there's still much space for them to improve in terms of the communication between customer service and warehouse and the efficiency of warehouse.

Sells bad quality mask where quality doesn't reflect the price. Paid $130 a pack of mask where you wouldn't even use it as toilet paper let alone to protect against covid. And their mission statement reads "providing QUALITY products combined with customer-focused service at the most competitive prices".

Very disappointed with the service. Contacted them numerous times in the span of two months and they didn't respond. Paid $30 flat fee for shipping. They split the order and never delivered the main goods. Refunded me without word two months later without the main goods but still charged me the $30 flat fee. Worst customer service. Shame on you guys. Avoid ! Avoid ! Avoid !

Putting it simply, don't order from this company if you don't want to throw your money away and spend weeks trying to contact someone who works there.
In the first wave of the pandemic months ago, we ordered multiple products including hand santiser, alcohol wipes etc. As healthcare workers we required this stock asap for our home living environment.
The products were all 'in stock' when we ordered yet never delivered. The prices for these products appeared to rise daily on the website and my friends who had ordered weeks after me at the inflated prices were receiving some product and we were not. Go figure. Despite our credit card being debitrd we never received an order confirmation email for one order which made it difficult to track with the company.
Long story short, many weeks later we had to escalate our matter through paypal as the company did not answer the phone and did not respond to emails. Our refund was in excess of $600 and they thought it appropriate to never respond to our requests for the stock or a refund. Never again. Unethical and fraudulent behaviour.
If you don't have the stock or can't keep up with the demands for same, then shut down your website and stop taking money from people.

Livingstone is like a one stop shop. They have a wide range of item that makes it easier for me to look for the items I needed like beakers, wipes, gloves, etc, while saving my time, money and effort rather than look for different suppliers. I also like their website, it's user friendly. You must try!

I've ordered a couple of times and when I've tried to follow up on orders there is never any email response. I've tried calling two numbers and have spend over 40mins waiting with no contact with anyone. I've tried to follow up on my missing order via live webchat and again spent 40mins waiting before I gave up. It's been over 2 weeks since I placed an order. I've since had to order from another medical company to get the stock I needed. I don't thing I've ever encountered such poor customer service. I can never get in contact with anyone there.

Today I contacted them, to find out where my order was, they said they have no stock of these items and I would have to wait until the end of April.
I am sorry but that is discussing Taking money of businesses that are already doing it tough, my own business has been closed due to the restrictions.
I have purchased for over 10 years from Livingstone and that is it for me, never again will I place an order with them again.
I hope you scamming $300 from my business was worth the long term business you Will loose, plus if you have done it to me, you have done it to many.
All you had to do was take the products off your website, say you are out of stock, instead of taking the money for something you don t even have.

Greedy and extremely unethical company. They took advantage and are continuing to take advantage of the Global Pandemic. They INCREASED PRICES 20 TIMES MORE than pre-pandemic during this crisis. Such a company should be shut down and not allowed to operate. I was shocked when I wanted to buy face masks. . $300+ for a pack of 50. It went upto $700+ at one point.

Don't believe the filthy liars "Covid 19"message on their website. They don't get about us during this pandemic. Any supplies they donated in the distant past has become null and void.

No communication, no stock, no refund. It's the worst experience I had for purchasing in the last ten years. Any one interest to buy any medical supply should consider this company the last. And do not waste time waiting overpriced products and suffer the refund process. Just call your solicitor to write them letter.

All the 5 star reviews are from the Management and Staff with fake accounts. I don't know how Google allows this. Terrible price gouging company taking advantage of people in a pandemic with low quality products.
