Come on ili, getting staff to leave 5 star reviews, naughty. At least 3 of these reviews are from ili sales people . If you like incompetent staff and huge extras added to your bill this is the place for you.

My experience with One touch has been an unwanted one. We spent 70k on a system that is still not working correctly, 18 months after moving in. None of the HD channels work, the One Touch tech kept blaming the Sky box, after 3 visits from One Touch and a frustrated Sky tech who ended up bypassing the One touch system and then the HD worked. I have informed One touch but as usual they never call you back or follow through with there promise. The other issue is our video intercom stopped working 6 months after install, it then took a further 6 months for One touch to remove the unit and I'm told I should claim on my insurance cause ants got into the unit..this is a so called top of the line intercom that they supplied and installed..what a fob off of responsibility.

One touch place far to much emphasis on being paid before they complete anything correctly rather than focusing on quality customer service.

If you don't want trouble free motoring than this is the place for you.

We have had headaches after headaches and stress.

My wife can't stand it, when we first got everything in we thought it was so cool but it's like an amazing party you have to prepared for on everlasting hangover...... and it doesn't go away, you will need consent updates and paid technicians which are all charged to YOU!

Get a basic sky remote and a light switch is my advice

I'm NO relation to the other McCarthy review below. Don't know who he is but our system was around $70k too...

Anyway I just wanted to drop a note of extreme service. At 8:15pm I mucked around with the back of my system could not for the life of me work out what I had done and had people coming around to watch a movie on the big projector. I panicked!!!!! Thinking what the hell have I done ... so I flicked a text to the last guy that came around to our house, urgent help can you please call me if you get this message I'm stuck. (think his name is spelt Tyronne???) anyway he tried to describe to me what to do and just so happens he was driving nearby on his way out...

The next thing he knocked on my door and said, 'will take me 1min' BINGO fixed. Dial a pizza couldn't of come around any faster!!!! The purpose of my note is just to show the extreme dedication that one individual has to their clients and dedication to his job. I wish I had staff like this in my business. Very hard to find... On that note a big thumbs up for this young man.
