I've been going to Luc at diModa for years and consistently got compliments on my hair. I have fine straight hair and he's taught me how to style it at home and how to take care of it so it won't break. Highly recommended.
I get my hair done by Elita, and she is amazing! I have thick, coarse, curly hair, and she cuts & styles it accordingly to my curls. I now take my goddaughter to her too since she has similar hair as mine, and her waves/curls fall perfectly in place. The Bumble and Bumble products are a bonus too!
I've had mixed results both with highlights and cut at this salon and so I've stopped going. The place is nice, however, and located very conveniently in downtown Willow Glen.
Linz is awesome! She has been highlighting my hair for years and she always makes it look fantastic !
This is a great salon. They have great reviews on yelp. Anyways, I've been coming here for the last 3 yrs. It takes me a long time to come back for touch ups. This is a high end salon so prices are going to be high. Arcelia is the one that I go to and she is very very good. She listens to what you want and will build on that. She will also tell you wha she's doing as she does it. Very clean salon too and that's a plus!!

I love the service, the friendly faces, and of course Nichole Rich is my amazing stylist. The hair washing stations have the most comfortable neck supports I have ever had in a salon. I like the parking situation. They offer drinks when you arrive. It's just a great salon.
This is an incredibly professionally run salon. Scheduling is a breeze and can be done online (pro tip - call to get on the cancellation list for your favorite stylist, it usually gets you an appointment within ~2 weeks). You're offered a beverage upon entering, and everybody is friendly. The salon is always spotless. Their stylists get to go to a bunch of trainings to excel at their craft, and it shows.
I don't trust anybody but Amber to do my hair, she tailors her approach to your preferences, your face shape, skin color, hair type... Her expertise and talent (not to mention kindness) leaves me confident and always exceedingly happy with my cut and highlights.
I have been going to Christina for a year now. What I love about her is that she is consistently great. From my experience, previous stylists would do a great job the first time and provide great customer service but every time I would go back for another appointment they would somehow mess up my hair and would start adding other clients at the same time as my appointment. Christina has consistently amazed me. I love my hair each and every time and I so appreciate the one on one service that she provides. She is professional and gives you her honest suggestions.
