Worst hiring process, they don't maintain proper timing for hiring. Actually one star is also waste for this company but they is no zero stars'

Good and peace-full work environment with flexible timings

It's is company with good facility and clean environment

I attended two times for interview for design engineer position Solidworks. Waste to attend because they already decided to whom they want to select, making fools remaining.
I'm 10+ years old experience guy in design and manufacturing in different industries from heavy machinery to high precision components. cracking interview in Ilensys is nothing to me but the interviewer asking questions irritative to us, they doesn't know the subject and we will get insult if we know the subject.
I don't know the name of that nasty fellow but I think he is tamilian finally he said I will call you later.

Worst hiring procedure.i attended for recruitment drive and I have met some people who already attended the drive before they said the question paper for this time is also same.they don't change the question paper.first I wrote the written test they shorlisshor some of the candidates and I was not shortlisted then after I started leaving and almost I reached home then they called me you're shortlisted and you need to attend interview so,I didn't attended the interview.my friend who got shortlisted waited upto 7pm for interview and they said we will call you later and they didn't called him.director of company please remove hr team.

I attended the recruitment drive thrice and first time I got shortlisted in written test and waited for interview till 6pm and they said they will call me back as the panel is busy and they didn't contacted me.this happened to me thrice.after written test they will only take the interview of few people till the panel has energy later they will say panel is busy you can leave for the day.my question is why don't you shortlisted only few people in written test.third time I reported around 9:30 and my interview is not taken some of the guys who came at 11 there also wrote the written test and there interview is taken.the way they call to the interview is also big mystery.

My self Veer from Tata Motors, I attended the interview in the Month of Aug' 19. I clearly told in telephonic interview, My self having hands on Experience in NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT, Vendor development, quantity Assurance & Facility planning..

After telephonic interview they called for F2F interview, they dnt ask any ?, simply told to explain ur career experience.. While explaining they got many queries, I cleared them with detail examples..

Interview was excellent but they mesh in which slot to heir me.. And finally they dnt call me till..

If any interested then I had mail communication I can share it..

This was really a bad experience in terms of interview, as in my final round they called me and promised to provide me one side fair however they return 4000 out of 5800 flight charges, and even all the round went very well but HR has told you are not suitable for opportunity.

Called us for interview, they couldn't setup a PC for interview and then asked us to leave.. Looks like they don't care for others time..

In my 15 years of career where I have taken numerous interviews for my organisation, I will apologies to candidates who have come for interview, if we are not able to interview the candidate, for reasons like "PC failure" or any of our problems.

Our first round was written, we were told that PC will be given for exam, after some time they updated that it is getting delayed due to PC issues and at last said you can leave for the day.. I believe If candidate is not fit/rejected before he/she is evaluated then it questions the quality of resume sourcing team of the respective organisation..

If candidate is not fit or could not clear a round then atleast we let candidate that "you could not make it" or the famous phrase of indian HR system.. "we will get back to you" .

Good place to work. Not a great learning place for freshers.

Work environment would be nice,but they do not know exactly what kind of person they want to recruit for the job

Its a nice place to work and apply your skills.over all its a good company (employee friendly).

I have attended the Interview in the month of March 2019, the whole interview process I have gone through is quite satisfactory and I got a good response from HR team whenever I contact them, tq. Work culture here in Ilensys is good and an individual can grow technically better.

Good work culture, great place to learn things.
