Terrible administrative management and customer service! I enrolled in a basic French course in November 2016, they told me that it was going to be an intensive course but that I would start with 1 class a week and we would already agree already started the course, already being there, nobody knew about it . They also forced me to buy the book for 40 when most had bought it for 15 less and the worst part is that they never gave it to me. A week after I started, I had an accident that made it impossible for me to go to the other classes and I spoke to support me in restructuring my classes and not losing what I had already paid and his only answer was that I tried to go to classes that could not Do nothing. I paid 165 for 1 very basic French class. Bad administration, they only care to enroll without taking care of the other details. I DO NOT recommend registering here. I complained about FB since they did not want to support me when I spoke to the Academy at the time and there they offered to re-standardize the classes, but I no longer live in Barcelona and I can not and although I could not go there anymore, I ask that I return the money from a service and product that I didn't have and they stop answering me. I insist, PESIMA administration.
