I m am just thrilled with Dean and his guys with Chem Dry! We recently bought a foreclosed home that needed some renovations. All the carpet was ruined, but in the basement it was fairly new but could obviously tell the dog was left down there quite often. I had Deans guys out to clean three rooms in the basement. Two rooms were IMMEDIATELY %100 better! One room however must have been the dogs favorite room I called Dean and WITHOUT QUESTION he came right out and sprayed again with the treatment they offer specifically for pet urine. After this spray I still could smell a very faint Oder, my husband however and a few people we had over said the basement smelled great like we had the carpets cleaned and couldn t smell what I was smelling (this was at least 5 people) I called Dean again, and WITHOUT QUESTION he came right out and resprayed. Now the basement carpet is like new!!! I m soo satisfied and grateful to Dean with Chem Dry! We will be customers for life! He has a %100 guarantee on his product I believe is called PERT and he stands by it! Coming from someone with sensitivity to smell I m so happy we went with Chem dry! Thanks Dean!

Highly recommend this company. Three reasons. First, I needed a carpet cleaner that was kid and pet friendly and Champion Chem-Dry is just that. Second, if you call you get a real person and if they say they will call you back they actually DO! Oh, and the third reason, they do a great job and the carpets are clean and beautiful!

The owner is responsive to calls. He made arrangements in their schedule to accommodate our carpet cleaning. Our carpet was clean and fresh when they left!

Soon after moving in, my partner's husky and my Dalmatian began marking up and down the same wood-planked wall in the living room as well as the back bedroom. After hours of cleaning up ourselves with OTC pet enzymatic cleaners with a bissel carpet cleaner, nothings seemed to cut the odor.

We reached out to Dean per a recommendation from a colleague of his, and he guaranteed his services up to the point of even replacing the padding under the carpet if need be. We ended up needing three treatments in total to cut the odor completely in a very stubborn spot (I genuinely thought we were going to be replacing the carpet for the entire room). That said, Dean showed up himself to perform the last treatment with a commitment to our service satisfaction. Dean did this in good spirits even though he was on a very dense timeline before leaving to help those in the FL affected by flooding from recent storms--which I personally find to be a very gracious business decision considering the risks him and his crew would be taking by traveling across the nation in the middle of the pandemic to help save the homes of others.

Worth mentioning, Dean's entire crew who came out to perform the treatments was professional, kind, well-mannered and respectful. They each wore masks, which is important if for no other reason than my partner is working in the Emergency Department.

I rate his service five stars, would re-use his services, and would recommend him to a close friend (especially if pet odor is the problem at hand).

I live on the 3rd floor of an apt building. It's sometimes hard to find carpet cleaners that will service a 3rd floor. 2 friendly men came out with a portable unit and did a wonderful job. It looks great, is drying MUCH faster and I can tell it already helped with allergens even though I didn't order the sanitizer.

The Chem-Dry team does an amazing & professional job with carpet cleaning. Their methods are kid & pet friendly, along with the special cleaner to help a customer like me with large dogs in a small house! Scheduling was easy & they were on time. Best part was my house & carpets had never felt or smelled better!!
