Everything tastes really good. Octopus is great.

Steak is not that special, unless you really want you may get same quality with better price at somewhere else

Food was great, service was not, may have been a bad night...multiple glasses dropped and broken at our table and another, seemed as we had multiple servers, wish we could have had just one or two attentive ones

We sat out on the patio on a warm summer evening. I was with some rather picky eaters who asked for their food to be prepared in such and such fashion. The waiter was courteous, took down the notes, and everything arrived exactly as ordered. The food was delicious!
In short, a perfect evening out.

AMAZING! good food and we loved the atmosphere specially the outside area. we have been served by a gentleman named Nico who was more than nice by serving us a plate of tirmissu with "ciao" written on it because of our leaving friend!

We did the "to go" given COVID and the dining restrictions. We paid over $300 for a meal for two. It was over a 45-minute wait from my scheduled pickup time. For $300, one would expect better quality packaging that would keep the food warm and remain closed in transit. Instead, this restaurant did the exact opposite and used cheap packaging, resulting in cold food, opened and leaking food containers, where the box transferred the plastic taste to the food. Whoever was responsible for the logistics of this operation should be forced to personally compensate every customer for the food's cost and the time wasted then removed from their position. The only positive in this experience is that it is consistent with the overall disappointing experience of 2020.

I came here so hesitantly because of the name, but I'm glad that my girlfriend dragged me here. This is definitely my new goto spot for Italian food. I highly recommend this place: service is great, atmosphere is great, and good is amazing!

This place is in fact the MOST romantic place I've ever been. I reserved a very special table for my 6 year anniversary. My wife and I were elated. I promise, you will not regret it. My wife still talks about this restaurant and pleads to return. And will sure will be returning soon. You will love it, GUARANTEED!!!!

The waitstaff are fantastic - very attentive, kind and professional. The food was yummy and not a nut in sight! Thanks for the great experience on my first night back in LA!

Great Romantic Restaurant! Had a lovely anniversary dinner here, had the romance package which included desert, candle light dinner, with rose pedals scattered across the table. Food was delicious and portions were good. Waiter was great, and made good suggestions, service was great as well! Overall the evening went great nice quiet, romantic place great for anniversaries and special occasions. The Romance packages make for a great touch to WOW your special someone!

Great place for a romantic dinner. Amazing cocktails. The vegetarian options were limited, but very good. Personalized desserts are always appreciated! :)

The manager to extremely nice to me. Covid 19 is something we all have to be careful and he was able to make sure I felt comfortable and also turned the heater on for me. I loved how welcoming the staff made me feel.

Fantastic restaurant. Went early on a weekday. Minimal wait. Food was delicious and huge portion. Lovely atmosphere. Roses. I would go again.

It's a lovely romantic place to have dinner. The ambiance is incredible and the food spectacular. Il Cielo is a hidden gem for a special night out.

The place is indeed lovely and perfect setting for our date night. I ordered the filet mignon carpaccio and mix seafood pasta and both were very good. Marco who waited on our table was nice and attentive. Our glasses of water were never empty. The manager Kevin even came to our table to check if everything was to our liking. On our way out, most of the staff greeted us goodbye and Kevin even called out my name. I'm really impressed with the level of service and definitely would consider going back.

Amazing ambiance, beautifully decorated restaurant. Great Italian restaurant especially if you're looking for a romantic setting. Food is great, service is good too.

Worst experience ever.
The restaurant sneakily added a miscellaneous $86 charge and a extra beverage charge $14 by coning us into a table arrangement that we earlier refused.
The staff and management were extremely rude. I have never been treated so poorly.
And to top it all off, the food was terrible.

Surprised my wife for our 4th year anniversary by booking a dinner on Il Cielo restaurant. I was able to book without any problem, even able to upgrade my reservation to the gazebo on a short notice.
