Worst service from a young service girl in Limassol 11/16/20 at noon at 12.00. WHAT DO YOU WANT? Behavior, we do not need you, we do not want you, we have many. So she showed with her behavior. Mr. Giannoula, you train people in service. I left and took another test they spoke kindly.

I have been a client (both me and other family members) for more than 10 year now. On October 6th 2017 I visited them and gave a blood sample for my regular blood tests. I needed these tests as I was doing my annual physical medical test at the same time.
A day later, when I visited them to collect the results, they started giving me excuses that something was wrong and that my results were not ready and I had to wait. To be honest I was worried that my results showed something serious.
Half an hour later they gave me the results which showed amongst other things:
I am a regular blood donor and October 7th I donated blood again and there was nothing wrong. On October 9th I want to another laboratory and requested to repeat the same blood test which all came out great without any issues.
Two days later I called their Head office and complained that the least they could have done was to ask me to come in and give another blood sample and repeat the test. The lady I spoke said then the GM Mr. Yiannoukas would call.
Three weeks later no call was received, which is very unprofessional of them. I will not become poorer having paid 150 to them but they will never see me again as a customer
Calling repeatedly to Ifigenias (both landline and mobile) because my results have not been emailed to me by the time they told me they would have been, and not only noone is answering the phone but a couple of times someone answered and hung up immediately. Ridiculous and unprofessional. Never going back there.
Excellent service. Good prices and very helpful. They email you the results so that you don't have to go there again for the results. This is very helpful
Truly unprofessionals. Lost my flight to Greece because of them. Although i presented my self for giving the required sample as directed by them, they failed to send me the result on time in order to be allowed to board the plane. No reply to phone calls or in a any media i tried. Stay away from this laboratory
