IL Bagno Nigeria Ltd Review

It's an extremely expensive store for what's on offer. Has decent to good quality items on display, unfortunately for me most of the styles I was interested in could only be ordered and shipped and that could take a couple of months or more. Again, not sure the target demographic is with the pricing but it's certainly not me.

Each time I go here I walk out disgusted. It's like they have perfected the art of driving customers away:

1.) I had to move my car three times to satisfy the over zealous parking attendant (apparently they prioritize their staff parking over their customers they have few spaces for customers and the rest for staff)
2.) The prices for things are outrageous. I always believe in quality but their prices go way beyond that. Not just a premium I'm talking 10x what you would pay for items in other places. They are selling quality fittings etc but the markup is astronomical. You will pay 100k for the equivalent of something you would pay 10k for somewhere else. You could buy the same things from Europe or the usa at 1/10 the price and get the same quality.
3.) The service is arrogant and rude. The people working there look at you like you are inconveniencing their day by your presence. I actually wanted to buy one of their outrageously priced goods and they insisted I give them all my details to be put in their system. I told them I don't want to be in their system and even with my debit card out and ready to pay they were so rigid about it I turned and walked out. They lost the sale after it had been made with their arrogance.

My advice is don't bother going anywhere near this place. If you really require quality bathroom fittings etc order them from overseas or go to the many other similar bathroom fitting places that actually make an effort to do business with you.

This Is beautiful building, the location is quite strategic on the Lekki Expressway. it s located just beside Petrocam filling station. There s a huge parking lot that can contains at least 30 cars. The parking lot is wheelchair assessable and the entrance is also wheelchair accessible. It has multiple floors that can be accessed with the elevator. You definitely get a warm welcome from the reception and that is key for me. The business of this company is providing exquisite bathrooms solutions to her customers and i bet they are about the foremost in it, going by their expansion and new location.

I've had the chance to meet the Managing Director who introduced me into the world of "il bagno". A very positive, professional and knowledgeable person who lead a company that is leader in its field where you will definitely find what you are looking for. I truly recommend it.

Il Bagno poses as a premium brand retailer but sometimes forget the workings of a premium brand.

PROS:
1. Customer service is improved (thank God). No more wandering into the show room and reps pretending they cannot see you.
2. Lovely ambience. Always clean!

CONS:
1. Unnecessarily over priced!
2. Sales reps do not have in-depth knowledge of products. Just keep touting the fact that it is a premium brand.
3. After spending so much, they will slam you with a delivery fee equivalent to you sending things abroad under the pretense that their logistics department is separate. Ridiculous.
4. Not customer-centric at all.

My advice would be to understudy a lot of premium brands and apply same international standards to your company, not just when it comes to price.
