Il Bagno poses as a premium brand retailer but sometimes forget the workings of a premium brand.

PROS:
1. Customer service is improved (thank God). No more wandering into the show room and reps pretending they cannot see you.
2. Lovely ambience. Always clean!

CONS:
1. Unnecessarily over priced!
2. Sales reps do not have in-depth knowledge of products. Just keep touting the fact that it is a premium brand.
3. After spending so much, they will slam you with a delivery fee equivalent to you sending things abroad under the pretense that their logistics department is separate. Ridiculous.
4. Not customer-centric at all.

My advice would be to understudy a lot of premium brands and apply same international standards to your company, not just when it comes to price.
