They are currently busy with some construction and it's a bit confusing to get around the showroom. Other than that they have made a huge effort to make shopping safe at this trying time.

Fun place to walk or hang out if you have time. Lots of interesting housewares. Cafeteria is good. Not great but good price is fair. Couches are a good value but most furniture is beginner type just starting out. Good value. They have a hotdog and cinnimon roll place down stairs. Don't buy late or close to closing kinda hard and dry. Coffee was not good.
This is a great furniture shop!!! We come here often. They have a big supermarket (the size of costco) and an even bigger furniture area.
Still the best place to go for home furnishings. You can't beat the price.
Putting this stuff will make you crazy...
But.... Things last a long time, and have a good price.
Lean sigma on steroids / it's IKEA. It's fantastic. buy stuff here and have some meatballs, they are delicious
Bought a new home and IKEA allowed us to get some necessities on the cheap... Can buy better stuff down the line after we save up.
Long lines to check out but it's a great store for budget shopping. They also have great food for a cheap price.
Much better Ikea than the one at Newark, NJ. More selections and smarter layout.
We like to go for the cheap breakfast; it's a bit better than fast food, the coffee is good and plentiful, and it's fun to grab one of their tasty desserts to share. The dining area is bright with huge windows and pleasing decorations. After we get our exercise and inspiration wandering through the displays, and at the end we like grab a frozen yogurt cone (they get you coming and going). It's a pleasant way to kill a few hours on the weekend on a small budget and pick up a few things for the home.
IKEA is the best place to just imagine furniture or interior decorating and then to just wash it all off with some swedish meatballs and lingonberry juice.
Comfortable things and you find everything a little and cheap
I checked online to verify that items were available and in stock. When I arrive all of them were out of stock
we went here last weekend and I will be honest to say that this store is great for buying home furniture and home related products.
Good place to shop and cone with family. Breakfast is still awesome.
Lots if options for home items. On a weekday, it is less crowded and easier to find what you need. Very helpful employees.
This is the first time you see me visit a store that big and you will find everything for the home
I love this place absolutely love it however it gives me a huge headache I'm way too stimulated when I walk in the door. You have to go in here for 1 thing and 1 thing only. You get too many ideas as you're walking through the place.
I had a great shopping experience here. Employees were helpful in directing me to the asile where the product I wanted was, plus in giving me product info. Plenty of parking, easy access throughout the entire store
Lousy. Bought merchandise for 44 dollars. Return brand new and unopened. Was given 4 dollars credit. What a rip off.
If only for the food, meatballs and desert, I will come here everyday. Bought a new bed set yesterday and as always, had a rewarding, shopping experience.
We left our chair in the loading zone accidentally, and realized it five days later. We then went to the customer service to see if the chair was lucky enough to be picked up by Ikea. And in fact it was! They found it outside the store and give it back to us today!
On my first ever visit to the Swedish retailer's cafe I decided to try my first ever chicken and waffles. (I know. I'm late to the game!) By now every restaurant and diner worth its salt has a chicken and waffle plate. I figured it couldn't be terrible. In my head, I was already thinking of clever responses to the almost certain ribbing I would get from my fellow foodies for even mentioning Ikea and Chicken and Waffles in the same breath.
Belgian waffle parts were topped with spicy, honey-glazed chicken tenders. I chose mashed potatoes as my side. I must say it looked pretty damn good. Unfortunately, I didn't even think of how tough and dry a waffle sitting in a buffet pan would be - the only option to drown it in syrup to get it to the point where I could cut them. The tenders tasted good, but they had a lot of breading and were basically falling apart halfway through. It honestly would have been better as a sandwich - with extra syrup for dipping. This was a big fail.
On my next visit, I had the Swedish veggie balls with green beans and quinoa, I caved and got a side of the regular Swedish meatballs (4) with gravy, and I added a slice of Daim cake. The veggie balls weren't bad. If I had added gravy to them I wouldn't have known they were vegan, although they tasted markedly different from the real meatballs which, also, weren't bad. (Truth be told, I've never been a Swedish meatball fan.) They were perfectly sized and had the right amount of density. The green beans were bland and on the wrong side of al dente. (My jaw is still sore as I type this!) I don't think there was any seasoning on them at all. Salt and pepper did not help. The cake saved my visit, barely.
Other than the pricing, I don't see what all the fuss is about. I'm giving 1 star for the veggie balls which weren't bad at all and 1 star for my dessert.
Will I be back? Thanks, but no thanks.
Reasonable prices for both breakfast and lunch. They do have a kid's menu as well.
Love this place! so many options and it's really big!
Everything you want you will find. You will like the price too. It's a great experience seeing all the furniture in the showroom. I do wish it were easier to get to the warehouse when I already know the location.
Great options...staff a little overwhelmed at times. Will call desk not very nice.
IKEA is amazing as always. The food is great, shopping is great and this one has it's own freeway exit. Check it out.
Return dept could use more personal, 45 mins wait to return a product is a bit too long
Great food for the very reasonable price, for members only.
IKEA is weird, I'm not a fan of the line, or how they have it set up so you walk through the whole store before you check out. It's a total marketing strategy and I don't like to be deceived. You have to plan when you want to go there, so sometimes it's an delayed process. You know that it will take 40 minutes just to get in the stores, another 30 minutes to walk through, 10 minutes at checkout, and you got to find your items. Its takes 2 hours minimum just to shop at this store. That's assuming you know what you want, and have accepted it only last 3-5 years.
Horrible return system. This my third time trying to return a small table. You to take a number. First time I got number 35. They were on 19 & 22 when I got there. 40 minutes later, when I left without making the return, they were still on 19 & 22. This time I got 42. They are on number 25 with 5 employees working the counter. Never again buy anything from IKEA that I may need to return. It's just not worth the time. Amazon makes it so much easier to return product and get a refund.
The Ikea customer service was a headache and an inconvenience and so was this third party Task Rabbit. The IKEA delivery workers brought us a damaged table top when the tasker opened it. The tasker then contacted his people about what to do and said that they will get back to us asap [the customers patiently waiting]....well two days go by and finally they get back with us about a survey email and if there is a problem and I respond yes what about my table that could not be fixed and then shocking NO REPLY. So us being the customers call ikea for help because task rabbit does not care. So I think Ikea should remove the third party. Also Ikea's help is to deliver a new table finally, but in my opinion it shouldn't have taken a week for this issue to be resolved. Ikea should have followed up the first time I called when this issue was documented. Will not buy from IKEA again.
Lots of choices and its s quick and fun shopping experience. If your hungry always get swedish meatballs. They are quite delicious.
Large parking area. Everything you expect from an Ikea. I usually love to buy their $1 frozen yogurt whenever I visit
What a nightmare of a place.Extremely bad customer service.
Great food in the food court and great furniture! This is the one store I actually love to come to and stay for a long time, never wanting to leave!
Great! Always clean and stocked. Massive selection and has everything to furnish your home in hundreds of different combinations (probably more). Employees are friendly and helpful.
Just don't come tired, it is huge!
CHICKEN TENDERS ARE MY FAVORITE THING TO GET HERE, food has always been good ive never had a problem with the food. And you can also steal some eaisly soda so thats cool. They have great nice costumer service and its always fun going to this Ikea
Great Customer Service & quick with Picking up my order as well.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY:
The best time to shop at IKEA is during the week. Otherwise, you'll have a difficult time finding an accessible parking spot. Also, weekend crowds make it difficult to navigate around if you're in a wheelchair.
They have great bathroom options. Upstairs, there's an accessible bathroom with an automatic door and it's large enough for someone else to be in the bathroom if you need assistance.
Don't forget to grab some Swedish meatballs and an ice cream before you leave!
Like every IKEA super busy on the weekends but well organized
Cheap food and fun place to walk around after your meal. You'll probably end up buying something too lol
This IKEA is so nice. I was wowed by how neat the store was. Loved it
Anybody that likes Ikea knows that this is one of the best ones in the area especially since its humongously big has everything you need and will never disappoint on the service. The restaurant is very good they have many different dishes and is very affordable especially if you're planning on spending the whole day shopping till you drop
I truly love this store. Beutiful, tidy and friendly. The foodhall reminds me Ikea stores in Stockholm.
Weekday mornings are the best time to peruse.. no crowds!
I love this place because I can finde almita everything
You really need to allow yourself enough time to look through the entire store cause it's definitely a big place
The meatballs are good. Some of their home products are we'll made, some not so much. Prices are hit or miss as well: some things are a deal, some things are over priced.
One of the most expensive EV charging prices I've ever seen. It should be free or at least cheaper for customers.
Mostly China made cheap fiberboard furniture with European styling. Expect long lines and huge crowds on weekends
A bit crowded on weekends, but good place for ideas
We had been looking and waiting for desk table legs for over 6 weeks. Signed up for a call and email notification and for neither. Random stop by, and the legs were there. Really sad to go thru these measures and ikea didn't measure up!
IKEA is IKEA right, same as most IKEA. Has the same IKEA restaurant and also the small cafeteria and the shop towards the end. This one however seems a little bit harder to get to from the 405, but its something Waze or Google Maps could easily fix. Parking is also plentiful.
Absolutely everything under one roof
Hey guys think about the assembling
Ikea is the perfect store. Not only does it have everything you would need for your house, but also a kitchen serving very affordable and delicious food.
This Ikea is well stocked, but that also means it's huge and it can be a nightmare to get through when it's busy. The lines to check out when it's moderately busy can take half an hour. I give it three stars for the products since they are very well engineered and cost effective just like you would expect from an Ikea, but I would never go here by choice to just browse.
One of the better Ikea stores in Southern California. But they seem to design this place to take forever to buy something. And the shopping carts are terrible since they won't stay straight.
