Probably the best location near me, if you can say that. They are all busy and you're likely in for a wait every visit. This location is a bit more spacious to me and less crowded. Not sure what the trend with the hot dogs are though. I know they're $1, but quality doesn't exceed price point!
Did curbside pick up. Was a line up to confirm order number. After that check point was super fast for getting products that were ordered.
I went their couple of weeks ago, and the pick up service is pretty quick and efficient. It took me less than 10 minutes to pick up my order. Pretty impressive
I placed an order on April 2, 2021from the website for click and collection. The order placed successfully and I received the confirmation to pick up my order on April 2, 2021 between 8PM to 9PM.
When I get to Ikea to pickup my items, I find out that the store is closed. I had to leave my work early to pickup my order and had to drive for 25 minutes just to find out that store is closed.
You should be respectful for your customer's time. Please do not send confirmations to you customers saying pickup between 8PM to 9PM When you know that store will close at 7PM.
Definitely had a great experience buying online and collecting curbside at this location during covid. I recommend this branch as I been going here for years. Was very satisfied with my experience. Very quality stuff available too. They deliver your goods to you with care and professionalism. Everyone was social distancing the clerks were friendly. I recommend this location. Will be returning here again and again.
Went For Online Order To Pick Up For Some Decorations For My client. Need To Text The Number Mentioned On the Sign There. Wasn t Aware Of It.. Anyways Got My Order & Everything Was Great!!
The store isn't currently open for in store shopping but they are open for curbside. We ordered a bedframe which was easy enough to do. If it won't give you the option to select a pickup time then they don't have enough in stock to allow your purchase. I wasn't understanding this at first then I spoke to customer service, which was very helpful, and he explained if there isn't at least a fe in stock then they wait until they get more. You receive an email for pickup once it's ready. When driving towards the parking lot you let them know your order, then go through the maze they have made to prevent people from parking in their lot I guess... Remember your number bc that will be the spot you park in. The employee brings your items out ans you must load on your own. The only thing I didn't like was that it seemed like you could only pick up the next day, you couldn't select a future date further away. Overall good.
Incredibly well organized. Easy check-in and clear directions to designated parking spot. 15 minutes from time I parked, order was brought out to my vehicle, loaded up and left. The designated time slot for Click and Collect made this a great curbside purchase.
I ordered a full kitchen from them so I expected some professionalism since its a bit of money.
On the day of the delivery no one showed up after waiting all day for them, I waited 3 days for someone to call me and explain what happened, why it was not delivered and a delivery rescheduled. Nothing.
After 4 days, I reached out to customer service and they told me the Vaughan Ikea is under construction and never loaded my order.
If I didn't have called I would probably never get this order.
So almost a week later, I still don't know where my kitchen is and when its going to be delivered.
Ikea curbside pickup was awesome! You order online, pick a time slot. Time slots are 2 hr periods. When I showed up an employee check your order number as you entered the parking lot. She then told you which loading dock space to pull up to. There are 28 spots I noticed, all numbered. I backed into spot#2 and within 5 mins an employee was at my van loading my order into my van. The whole process took about 10 mins. Of the big box stores this was my best experience!!!
