Professional attitude of the consultants, they have an eye for detail and know how to coach a candidate they propose to successful conversations (and of course a job / assignment). They also know how to properly guide mediation so that no surprises arise or whether a mismatch is too late.

I worked with Inge and started a new role at the company she pitched me. Process wise she's pretty awesome and personal. However upon negotiations of the salary, I felt Inge tried to low ball me and make me ask for less money.
When starting the new role, I realised the company CEO is extremely toxic (yells, calls every one names).
She brought other people in this company, but she never ever checked if they are ok. They are not.
Inge's business model is fee per hire, not fee per happy employee that stayed after probation or 6 months.
It gets worse. I didn't get any billable hours from the company. My emails requesting work/billable hours, so that I pay my bills were ignored. I wasn't the only one in that situation, some other people can't make a decent paycheck anymore, and the CEO ignores them and their emails until they leave.
