When the furniture arrived I realized that it was the old doors and I decided not to accept the merchandise. From here everything has gotten worse.
First they tell me that I had to accept the wrong merchandise, of course without the slightest apology.
Second, now they don't know when they can bring me the correct merchandise again and that I accept the wrong merchandise again today in order to have a kitchen.
When the kitchen fitter called me yesterday, he told me that he was installing today. I tell him that they have told me that today they send me the merchandise from 9 to 13 (I accepted the old doors at the end) and he tells me that he is not going to waste time and that it will probably be the next day. I agree.

I call Ikea, after waiting more than an hour, and a lady from Valladolid assists me, who tells me that it is the assembly company that gives the date and that it is only available from September 25. HOW?
AFTER ACCEPTING THE WRONG DOORS, NOW THE KITCHEN IS NOT ASSEMBLED UNTIL THE END OF THE MONTH WITH THE OLD KITCHEN DISMANTLED?

The assembly company is called NOSOLOMONTAJES and they do not even have a telephone to assist you by phone. AMAZING. NOW I HAVE A DISASSEMBLED KITCHEN FULL OF BULKS AND NOBODY TO ASSEMBLE IT.
IKEA I HAVE BEEN A VERY GOOD CUSTOMER BUT I DON'T BUY ANY MORE OR A SAD IKEA VASE.
UNFORTUNATELY I DO NOT RECOMMEND PUTTING A KITCHEN IN IKEA TO ANYONE. THE ONLY ONES WORKING WELL ARE THE CARRIERS.
