It's usualy crowded and I end up buying all sorts of things that I don't really need. The store is ok and the staff helpful.

Poor service.Went to buy smth but the price was different with the one from the site.

I really like it. We ate there. It was really tasty and good.

One of the first options if you want to buy furniture or decorate your home.
The showroom is one of the biggest available in the country and cand give you quite a few ideas for your place. They have products for all budgets.
The place is also popular for it's restaurant so it's worth a stop to have a look around and maybe grab a bite.

Ikea .. stop the arrows and find products for all tastes and pockets. It's pretty hard to get out of here without buying something. And if you haven't found anything to your taste, go to the restaurant.

Unfortunately, lately IKEA is paying less and less attention to customer satisfaction. There are inconsistencies between the stocks displayed on the site and the physical stocks. Display dozens of furniture products in stock, and when you show up you find that the goods have not arrived yet, but they have posted to increase online sales.

Very crowded during weekends , 3 h wait time to collect the ordered furniture even though they told us it will be maximum 1 h !!! Also our 3 year old daughter got food poisoning after eating at the cafeteria . Extremely disappointed and furious ! Not recommended !!

It's IKEA. Bring money 'cause you're never gonna buy just what you came for.

Excellent delievery options.
We ordered 2 beds and matrasses here and they delivered it all the way to Cluj for a very reasonable price

A pleasant experience as every time! We found parking quickly despite being very busy (Saturday), toilet clean compared to other locations in Bucharest, we stayed in five minutes at the checkout because there were many open houses (I did not notice if they were all but still went very fast), and the staff very friendly and well trained, ready to answer all questions.

"No number, no number" products, meaning many and probably should satisfy all customer wishes. Not all products can be viewed in the store. You look for them on the IKEA website and go directly to the store shelves. You get them if you find them. Sectors, bathroom furniture, kitchen furniture, lighting fixtures, etc. are not signaled in such a way that you can easily find them and the staff, much and sometimes useless, cannot guide you to the sector where you want to purchase goods. Personally, I am disappointed. I went to this store for the second time and I found the same precariousness in indicating the sectors where the goods are by category. Careful! The transport of the purchased products starts from 100-120 lei.

Nice quality, accesible prices, cozy place. You can wrap your shopped items after purchase. You can even serve food in the area.

Some stuff is OK, other stuff is quite expensive, especially if you try to add extra modules, shelves etc. or to equip a closet for example. What I love is the vast exhibition space where you can find inspiration and design ideas. I kept one star because the steel articles are not always stainless. For example we bought two bathroom cabinets with mirror doors and the (painted) steel baguettes securing the mirrors in place are now rusty (after a year and a half). On all four doors! We also have a magnifying bathroom mirror (emailed steel I guess), also showing small dots of rust. However, the stainless steel tableware, the pots and the pans are OK. I don't know what to say more, you have to be extra careful at the quality of your purchase!

It's a standard IKEA.they have furniture, food, and whatever else you'd need around the house + the little pillows you unnecessarily fill your bed with...

Ikea gives us good quality products, a lot of offers and great shopping experience.

Is the best spot to eat good and relatively cheap food...aaa yes, and also if you need a chair or a new sofa...this is a no brainer. At the canteen try the mushroom cream soup, is the best thing for only 3 lei.

Never use the IKEA home delivery or assembly services from " ProNatur " as they are the worst posible, save yourself the trouble and the time, save your money.

Good place if you need furniture or a cheap hotdog.

I love the place, but some things are all over the store and not in the designated area, and this is confusing.

Best place to get new ideas and eat funky junk food. Tends to be overcrowded on weekends.

Good place to eat the sofas, yes i usually go here to eat couch and the usual free hot dogs at 1 leu ! Is this for real ? 1 leu come on ! Super cheap. And besides that, a nice place to check furniture, beds, ideas, but not yet the smart house accessories. I will go to this place during week days and avoid the lunch hours, this is my secret to enjoy the awesome furniture decorations !

Huge selection of home goods. Best overall selection in Bucharest. Ikea is amazing.

High prices on most products, comparing to the rest of europe

Cheap and good quality products, it never stops to amaze me.

You can say that an establishment is respected by the quality of their bathrooms. I can say that I was in one of the filthiest bathrooms of a shop. Now think of the rest of the shop. I am not criticizing the Ikea products or the diversity which is quite reduced, but the service. Scandinavian(more or less) establishment with untrained personal.

Everybody knows! Ikea and Ikea! Find everything for everyone! And besides, I love cakes and salmon :)

Bad bad bad...have to pick up things from different place ,miles away...i dont like it at all...
